Using the Libqual+ model, the present study aims to compare the viewpoints of students and
librarians in the Tehran’s Medical Sciences University to determine the quality of library
services. The results show that the users consider the current quality of services lower than
what the librarians consider them to be. This difference of opinion is much more drastic when
examining the information control subscale. Service superiority gap was estimated to be -2.14
for the overall library services under study and the said libraries fall fairly short of providing
users with the desired level of services. From the users’ point of view, the three subscales of
Libqual+ do not have an equal effect on the quality of the provided services whereas the
librarians all agree with an equal effectiveness of the subscales. The librarians have a correct
understanding of the users’ expectations and the gap between the users’ expectations and the
librarians’ perceptions of their needs and demands is very small (0.18).

The objective of this work is to simulate distribution network and to enhance the efficiency of existing water distribution system of Al-Hilla province, and to reach an optimal solutions and assumptions in order to improve the hydraulic performance, and to increase the efficiencies of the water supply networks. The hydraulic analysis of the network is based on continuity at nodes and Hazen-Williams formula for head loss calculations by using EPANET2 software program under various scenarios. The data for the water pipe network, such as the maps, diameters, material, utilities, land ordinates, and the area supply method were obtained from Babylon Water supply Directorate. After representation of the existing distribution system by drawing each district network in EPANET2 model and simulation the boundary parameters. The EPAENT2 model was simulated the case study area to analysis the present water distribution network, and then a design improvement was carried out on the existing network. As a result, hydraulically balanced water distribution network (WDN) for the targeted area in Al-Hilla province was accomplished. Thus, positive results of the hydraulics state of parameters around the network were successfully determined.

The activation of phraseology in this group in the scientific text is manifested in the movement of retreat from context and style requirements. Phraseologically neutral phraseological units are structures based on metaphorical expressions, which have gone through the stages of stagnation and standardization, so it is difficult to replace one part of them with another. The analysis shows that the use of phraseology in scientific discourse depends more on the evaluation and description of the results obtained than on the topic of scientific work or debate, the description and proof of the theory under discussion, and the substantiation of scientific hypotheses and ideas. All this creates the conditions for the effective conduct of scientific communication.

Abstrak

Evaluasi terhadap galur-galur F5 hasil persilangan varietas Tanggamus dengan Tegal, Anjasmoro dan Burangrang dilakukan di Kec. Tongas, Kab. Probolinggo, pada MK I tahun 2007. Bahan tanaman yang digunakan terdiri atas 130 galur F5 hasil persilangan varietas Tanggamus x Tegal, 100 galur F5 hasil persilangan varietas Tanggamus x Anjasmoro dan 54 galur F5 hasil persilangan varietas Tanggamus x Burangrang. Setiap galur ditanam dalam satu baris pada blok-blok yang telah ditentukan mengikuti rancangan perbesaran (augmented design). Tanaman dipupuk dengan takaran 50 kg Urea, 100 kg SP-36 dan 75 kg KCl per hektar pada saat tanam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir tidak dijumpai galur yang lebih baik dari varietas Tanggamus pada uji LSI untuk karakter yang diamati. Pada persilangan varietas Tanggamus x Tegal, dari 130 galur F5 yang diuji diperoleh 18 galur memiliki jumlah cabang lebih banyak, 5 galur dengan jumlah polong lebih banyak, dan 4 galur dengan bobot biji per tanaman lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan varietas Tegal. Pada persilangan varietas Tanggamus x Anjasmoro, dari 100 galur F5 yang diuji diperoleh 41 galur dengan jumlah cabang lebih banyak, 17 galur dengan jumlah polong lebih banyak dan 17 galur dengan bobot biji per tanaman lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan varietas Anjasmoro. Pada persilangan varietas Tanggamus x Burangrang, dari 54 galur F5 yang diuji hanya diperoleh 2 galur dengan jumlah cabang lebih banyak, 2 galur dengan jumlah polong lebih banyak, dan 1 galur dengan bobot biji per tanaman lebih tinggi dibandingkan engan varietas Burangrang.

Abstract

Evaluation of F5 pureline soybean resulted from crossing Tanggamus variety with Tegal, Anjasmoro and Burangrang variety has been done at Kec. Tongas, Kab. Probolinggo in 2007. The plants material consist of 130 lines F5 resulted from Tanggamus x Tegal, 100 lines F5 resulted from Tanggamus x Anjasmoro and 54 lines F5 resulted from Tanggamus x Burangrang. Every line planted in a line in blocks of augmented design. Optimum fertilizing with 50 kg urea, 100 kg SP-36 and 75 kg KCl per hectare has done at planting time. The result shows that almost none of the lines are better than Tanggamus variety in test of LSI. Out of 130 lines F5 from Tanggamus x Tegal crossing, 18 lines have many branches, 5 lines with pod total and 4 lines have seed weight per plant higher than Tegal variety. Out of 100 lines F5 from Tanggamus x Anjasmoro, 41 lines have many branches, 17 lines have many pod total, 17 lines has seed weight per plant higher than Anjasmoro variety. While out of 54 lines F5 from Tanggamus x Burangrang, only two line has many total branch, two lines has many pods, and one line has seed wegiht per plant higher than Burangrang variety.
