This publication reflects the emergence of key international agreements, such as the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development; the Geneva UN Charter on Sustainable Housing; the New Urban Agenda; the Paris Agreement, and the Basel III Agreement, have led to the establishment of new global and regional policy frameworks for future activities on sustainable urban development at all levels.
The current publication also includes updates on the issues such as urbanization, migration and mobility flows, technology and innovation; the growth of emerging markets and asset competition, the change in housing demand oriented towards green buildings and new designs; energy consumption and climate change; and other relevant phenomena. Moreover, this version of the Policy Framework for Sustainable Real Estate Markets maintains that, contrary to the widespread belief that finance and real estate sectors have negative impact on sustainability, they can actually contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals with the implementation of effective and compatible principles. In particular, the publication shows that these principles can be incorporated by national, local and municipal governments and applied to various forms of real estate.
This publication is an update to the 2010 Policy Framework for Sustainable Real Estate Markets, that was also published by the UNECE Real Estate Market Advisory Group.

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في أثر تداول العقود المستقبلية للأسهم على أداء سوق دبي المالي من حيث سيولة السوق، الحجم، مستوى الأسعار ومستوى التقلبات؛ ولتحقيق هذا الغرض قمنا بإجراء تحليلات لفحص أي أثر ممكن لنشاط تداول العقود المستقبلية للأسهم على مستويات الأداء، ثم قررنا في مرحلة أخيرة إجراء تقدير قياسي لأثر تداول هذه الأدوات على مستوى تقلبات سوق دبي المالي باستخدام النمذجة العامة للانحدار الذاتي المشروط بعدم تجانس التباين "GARCH". تشير نتائجنا إلى أن إدخال تداول العقود المستقبلية للأسهم أدى إلى تدني حجم تقلبات سوق دبي المالي، مع تسجيل تحسّن ملحوظ في كفاءة المعلومات. ومن جهة أخرى، فإن توسّع سوق العقود المستقبلية لبورصة ناسداك دبي أين يتم تداول العقود المستقبلية على الأسهم المدرجة في سوق دبي المالي، أدى أيضا إلى تدني سيولة هذا الأخير بعد تحوّل جزء من أحجام التداول من السوق الأساسية إلى سوق العقود المستقبلية. وفي إطار تحليل علاقة نشاط تداول العقود المستقبلية للأسهم بمستوى الأسعار؛ وجدنا أن خاصية "التسوية النقدية" لهذه العقود، تحُول دون تأثير هذا النشاط الذي يعتبر على درجة كبيرة من المضاربة، في خفض أو رفع مستويات الأسعار؛ ولكنه قد يساهم في التخفيف من حدة انهيارات الأسعار الناجمة عن تأثير الأخبار السلبية بفضل خيارات التغطية والتحوّط؛ وهذا ما يساهم أيضا في استقرار رسملة السوق ويمنع من تآكلها.

Through this study, we sought to research the effect of single stock futures trading on the performance of the Dubai Financial Market in terms of market liquidity, size, price level and volatility; To achieve this purpose, we conducted analyzes to examine any possible impact of the single stock futures trading activity on performance levels, Then we decided, at a final stage, to conduct an estimate for the impact of trading these instruments on the volatility level of Dubai financial market using the generalized autoregressive conditional heteroskedasticity “GARCH”. Our results indicate that the introduction of single stock futures trading led to a decrease in the volatility of the Dubai Financial Market, with a marked improvement in the information efficiency. On the other hand, the expansion of the futures market for the NASDAQ Dubai, where futures are traded on listed shares of the Dubai Financial Market, also led to a decrease in the liquidity of the latter, after a portion of trading volumes shifted from the primary market to the futures market. In the context of analyzing the relationship of single stock futures trading activity to the level of prices; we found that the “cash settlement” feature of these contracts prevents the effect of this activity, which is considered on the high degree of speculation, in reducing or raising price levels; but it may contribute to mitigating the severity of the price collapses resulting On the impact of negative news thanks to the covering and hedging options; which may also contribute to the stability of market capitalization and prevent it from eroding.

1. Pendahuluan Pasar Modal merupakan salah satu bagian dari pasar keuangan (financial market) yang sangat penting peranannya bagi pembangunan nasional pada umumnya. Pasar modal bertujuan menunjang pelaksanaan pembangunan nasional dalam rangka meningkatkan pemerataan, pertumbuhan, dan stabilitas ekonomi nasional ke arah peningkatan kesejahteraan rakyat. Perkembangan dan kegiatan Pasar Modal sebagai satu dari sekian sarana pendanaan yang sangat strategis bagi badan usaha swasta dan pemerintah, dimana dalam proses kegiatannya turut disokong oleh profesi penunjang yang berperan untuk membantu dan memastikan prinsip keterbukaan di Pasar Modal dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Profesi Penunjang tersebut merupakan perpanjangan tangan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan yang berkeharusan dalam menjaga bersikap independen, obyektif, profesional dan tidak memihak kepada pihak tertentu dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya Profesional dalam industri Jasa keuangan, dimana dalamPemahaman dan Ketrampilan yang mumpuni dalam menyokong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan stabilitas sistem keuangan. Profesi dan Lembaga Penunjang Pasar Modal serta Perusahaan Pemeringkat Efek merupakan kepanjangan tangan otoritas untuk membantu dan memastikan prinsip keterbukaan di Pasar Modal dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Lembaga dan Profesi Penunjang Pasar Modal dalam kegiatannya di Pasar Modal diatur dan diawasi oleh OJK dan wajib bersikap independen, obyektf, profesional dan tidak memihak kepada pihak tertentu dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. The purpose of this study is to establish the determinants of financial crises. Using annual data over the period 1979 to 2019 the paper attempts to establish which economic and financial variables play a huge role in explaining Zimbabwe’s persistent currency crises. The study builds on previous theoretical and empirical studies. Theoretical literature review
identifies three generations of models used to explain the occurrence of currency crises. While a review of past empirical studies identifies two most widely used models, which are the limited dependent regression models (probit/logit models) and the signals approach for predicting the incidence of currency crisis. A probit model was developed in order to identify indicators which are more effective in predicting the probability that a crisis will occur. The model’s dependent variable is a dummy variable representing currency crises which have occurred in Zimbabwe during the study period, while the explanatory variables are indicators
representing the three generation models of currency crises. The estimates of the probit model suggests that six variables: GDP growth, government spending as a percentage of GDP, balance of trade as a percentage of GDP, real exchange rate, growth of domestic credit and
US interest rates have the most significant predictive strength among the nine variables identified in empirical literature. At a success cut-off rate of 50%, the estimated probit model accurately predicted 10 out of 14 (71%) currency crises episodes in Zimbabwe. The implications that the analysis and results of this study suggests is that the modelling technique used in this study represents a potentially useful tools for policymakers in forecasting impeding financial crises.

Pemantauan pasar valuta asing adalah hal yang biasa dilakukan pelaku pasar valuta asing. Terdapat setidaknya 28 pasang mata uang dalam setiap pemantauan dengan pasangan mata uang utama diantaranya AUD/USD, EUR/USD, GBP/USD, NZDUSD, USDCAD, USD/CHF dan USD/JPY. Sedikitnya 5 indikator teknis yang banyak digunakan seperti MA, MACD, RSI, Stochastic dan CCI disematkan pada 28 grafik pasangan mata uang untuk rentang waktu perdagangan tertentu, yang digunakan untuk analisa teknis pergerakan harga. Analisa tersebut menghasil pasangan mata uang apa saja untuk diperdagangkan. Namun kenyataannya, walaupun telah melakukan pemantauan secara seksama, pelaku pasar valuta asing seringkali menemukan pergerakan yang salah dan juga mengalami kesalahan analisa. Dimana kesalahan tersebut salah satunya karena hasil analisa pada satu rentang waktu perdagangan saja tanpa membandingkan dengan rentang waktu yang lain. Sehingga hasil analisa menjadi kurang presisi, lambat membuka dan menutup perdagangan, pendapatan keuntungan yang sedikit dan resiko kerugian yang besar. Data Mining atau penggalian data berdasarkan pantauan pasar valuta asing dapat menjadi pemecahan masalah. Dimana penggalian data tersebut dapat memberikan keadaan kondisi pasar terkini, analisa perubahan dan pergerakan harga, hingga memberikan rekomendasi pasangan mata uang untuk diperdagangkan, dalam satu wadah papan instrumen atau dashboard. Dengan penggalian data pantauan pasar valuta asing, menghasilkan analisa yang lebih presisi, membuka dan menutup perdagangan lebih awal, keuntungan perdagangan lebih besar dan resiko kerugian yang lebih sedikit.

Therefore, we cannot say that we want a strong and secure society when we ignore its foundation: family life protects people from powerful organizations within a state.
