24 PARGANA COMMUNAL ATTACKS: MUSLIM FUNDAMENTALISTS EMULATING THE HINDUTVA GENRE OF VIOLENCE
RSS, the leading flag-bearer of the Hindutva politics and the most significant motivating spirit behind Modi government at the Centre and BJP State governments has been demanding cleansing of minorities like Muslims and Christians for being foreigners. Even after Independence, the most prominent ideologue of the RSS, Guru Golwalkar, declared Muslims and Christians as ‘Internal Threats’ number ONE and TWO respectively (Bunch of Thoughts, p. 177). RSS, its leaders and cadres always propagated the theory that Hindus were at perpetual war with these two minorities specially Muslims. It was reiterated recently by none other than a senior RSS leader and current Governor of Tripura, Tathagata Roy who in a tweet wrote, “The Hindu-Muslim problem won’t b solved without a Civil War”. He claimed that it was from the diary dated January 10, 1946 of the Hindutva icon, Syama Prasad Mookerjee. It may be noted that Mookerjee closely worked with the Muslim League in serving the British rule and was deputy CM in the Muslim League ministry of Bengal in 1942 when Congress was banned. Tathagata’s digging up of the above quote shows that he believes in its relevance today. 

The recent brazen unhindered violence at Baduria and adjoining Basirhat in West Bengal’s North 24 Parganas district, perpetrated by the marauding Muslim mobs targeting common Hindus while protesting against an objectionable post denigrating Islam, its Prophet and holy place by a teenager Hindu of the area proves that apart from the protagonists of Hindutva politics there are criminal elements among Muslims who want Tathagata Roy to be proved right. 

This violence targeting innocent Hindus not only weakens the democratic-secular narrative against rising Hindutva violence against Muslims, Christians and Dalits but provides RSS another opportunity to pose as defender of the ‘persecuted’ Hindus. This fact cannot be ignored that whenever mobs inspired by Hindutva politics attacked the whole of the Muslim community for any ‘crime’ of a Muslim individual or group like massacre of Muslims in Gujarat in 2002 as revenge for burning of train coaches at Godhra, the same was hugely condemned. Whenever, Muslim localities and properties were attacked as revenge against some objectionable posts by some Muslims or latter targetted for some Muslim carrying ‘beef’, the public opinion generally decried such engineered violence.

OPEN LETTER TO RSS/BJP PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE
Namaskar, I must congratulate you for being chosen as presidential candidate of the Indian Republic by BJP. It is heartening to note that you have been chosen, to quote BJP president Mr. Amit Shahji, for being “a Dalit who has struggled in life to reach the position he is in today.”In the forthcoming presidential elections your selection was made due to your Dalit identity was also underlined by Ram Vilas Paswanji, a Dalit minister in the Central Cabinet, when he declared that any one opposing your candidature will be seen as “anti-Dalit”. In a scenario when violence against Dalits and minorities like Muslims and Christians (most of whom hail from Dalit stock) and their disempowerment has surged many fold, your candidature gives hope.
However, it is being claimed by the RSS leaders that you have been chosen for being an old and seasoned RSS swayamsevak or member. It is being emphasized that you are a seasoned ‘Hindu nationalist’. We are informed that you donated your ancestral home in Kanpur Dehat to the RSS.
With these credentials, I, fear there is going to be a serious conflict of interests between your beliefs in RSS ideology and being the highest constitutional authority of democratic-secular Republic of India. I will put forward in the following some of the serious concerns of mine for your kind perusal.

MALAYALAM VERSION OF 'COW & HINDUTVA: MYTHS & FACTS' PUBLISHED IN MALAYALAM DAILY THEJAS.
The Hindutva juggernaut which rode on with Ram, love jihaad and ghar wapsi on top of it, is riding with cow this time. There have been countless incidents of lynching, maiming and robbing of Muslims and Dalits in the name of saving holy cows. It is to be noted that there are large number of such attacks which go unreported. The videos of such lynching and maiming uploaded on the social media by the perpetrators as instances of latter’s bravado are horrendous and blood curdling comparable only to the violence during Partition. This spectacle clearly shows the collusion of State with the criminals who fear no law. These shameful visuals show how brazenly Hindutva perpetrators make merry, celebrate and enjoy the ‘game’ of lynching. These criminals who are out on religious duty of saving holy cows are worldly mortals also. This is proved when we find them robbing the victims before lynching.
This killer cow juggernaut continues to roll down despite our PM, a senior RSS leader, describing most of these lovers of ‘gaumaataa’ in August 2016, as anti-social elements. According to him: “It makes me angry that people are running shops in the name of cow protection…Some people indulge in anti-social activities at night, and in the day masquerade as cow protectors.” 
If despite this strong rebuttal by the PM, almost one year back, violence in the name of cow has become more common, covering larger areas of India, more strident and beyond control; it may have either of the two following explanations. Firstly, PM playing to the gallery spoke those words in order to diffuse the social anger against such criminal activities. Secondly, the current cow vigilantes are the ones who are not anti-social elements but fall into the category which has Prime Ministerial approval and sanction as genuine holy cow saviours. There is no doubt, these gangsters have sanction of the RSS and law and order machinery.
Unfortunately, judiciary which is supposed to ensure that Indian rulers govern as per rule of the law and many times calls for scrutiny the issues of public concern before it has so far kept quiet emboldening the criminals. In fact, a judge of Rajasthan High Court instead of looking into the atrocities being committed by the cow saviours (Rajasthan tops in cow violence and recently witnessed horrendous public lynching of Pelu Khan; the perpetrators uploading full video of the lynching)  ordered that cow be made a national animal and anybody found killing it should be given death sentence. 
Indian home minister, Rajnath Singh, a prominent ideologue in the RSS hierarchy, even invented a ‘scientific’ reason for holiness of cow. While referring to a report of the US department of Agriculture he told a gathering of the RSS leaders that “80% of genes found in the cow are found in humans too” he called upon Indians to “save and worship cow”. 
Not surprisingly, as RSS cadre Singh was very selective, partisan and wrong. The findings of a leading English daily of India, based on a world acclaimed journal SCIENCE show that many other animals have greater percentage of genes like human beings. Chimpanzees, cats, mouse, dogs have 96%, 90%, 85% and 84% respectively genes like human beings. These are not only animals but even fruits; bananas having 60% similar genes.  It is to be seen when Rajnath Singh is going to announce these species also as HOLY! We also need to know from him whether minorities and Dalits are human beings too to be saved from lynching.
The latest victims have been the beef-eaters of IIT-M (this institute at Chennai continues with older nomenclature of the city Madras) who were victims of murderous attack by the ABVP (RSS student wing) activists in the campus.  The continuing murderous attacks by the Hindutva cadres in the name of cow make one thing very clear that these fascist elements are totally illiterate about present day India and have absolutely no knowledge of India’s history, specially Vedic history which they glorify as golden period.
If somebody is looking for a gurukul or university to graduate in deceit and lies, doubtlessly, the RSS will be his or her best choice. Its mastery over this trait is unparalleled and is proved once again by its criminal disregard of facts on the controversy over beef-eating in Indian history by Hindus of India. It aggressively claims that beef-eating started in India with the arrival of Muslims and Christians as rulers who initiated and subsequently popularized it in order to denigrate Hindus and their holy symbols. Golwalkar, a shameless liar while responding to a question (1966), “How did cow slaughter begin in our country [India]?” replied, “It began with the coming of foreign invaders to our country. In order to reduce the population to slavery, they thought that the best method to be adapted was to stamp out every vestige of self-respect in Hindus…In that line cow slaughter also began”. 
Such propaganda helps the Hindutva gang in terrorizing the largest minority, Christians and Dalits of India who consume beef and are in its trade. It is to be noted here that since the early 20th century, coinciding with the rise of Hindutva politics, cow has been the most important issue which has triggered the maximum cases of violence against the Muslims and Dalits of the country. It is immaterial to the Indian heirs of Nazi propagandist Paul Joseph Goebbels that the claim that beef-eating started with the arrival of Muslims in India is not even in keeping with the Vedic version of history as narrated by ‘Hindu’ chroniclers..
Swami Vivekananda, regarded as a philosopher of Hindutva by the RSS, while addressing a meeting at the Shakespeare Club, Pasadena, California, USA (February 2, 1900) on the theme of ‘Buddhistic India’, declared: 
“You will be astonished if I tell you that, according to old ceremonials, he is not a good Hindu who does not eat beef. On certain occasions he must sacrifice a bull and eat it.”

Rakesh Sinha who is fond of describing himself as 'ideologue' of RSS wrote a piece ‘Of swayamsevaks and intellectuals’ (The Indian Express, March 24, 2017, http://indianexpress.com/article/opinion/columns/rss-of-swayamsevaks-and-intellectuals-hindu-mahasabha-anti-national-muslim-league-4582724/). This 'ideologue' of the RSS wants Indians 'to decolonize' their minds in order to understand  the role of RSS in the freedom struggle, all-inclusive India, not forcing uniformity, Hindu-Muslim unity and respect for India. These claims are part of double/triple speak of RSS and not proved by the deeds and ideas of RSS since its inception in 1925.

Few well-meaning friends with genuine concern about the future of our democratic-secular polity are shocked by the decision of the 315 MLAs of BJP and its allies unanimously choosing Adityanath (original name, Ajay Singh Bisht, Mahant of Gorakhnath Temple, one of the richest in India) as CM of largest State of India. They feel it has happened out of blue and BJP top brass, specially PM Modi, should not have allowed it as Aditya's nomination for CM's office goes against former's ruling mantra 'sab kaa saath-sab kaa vikaas'. Some of the friends have even suggested that Muslims of UP and rest of India should forsake election politics so that Hindutva organizations led by RSS have no opportunity to demonize Muslims which they do in the course of elections as they did in the recently concluded UP elections. Interestingly, the demand that Muslims should be disfranchised is often raised by the RSS leaders. Such responses belittle the seriousness of the Hindutva danger and strengthen the stereotype propagated by many 'secular' organizations and individuals that everything is fine with RSS except that it is antithetical to Muslims and Christians. If the former changes its attitude towards these two minorities of India there is no problem with the RSS vision of India. The fact is that RSS is not just antithetical to Muslims and Christians but hates democratic-secular India as well. It remains committed to turn India into a Brahmanical Hindu State. Anti-minority rhetoric by RSS/BJP leaders in recently concluded UP elections was an alibi for diverting attention from issues of poverty, unemployment, violence against women, absence of educational and health services. The hate propaganda was aimed at conveying to the Hindu electorate that Muslims (and Christians) posed greater internal threat than the social and political deprivations of the former. To rationalize Aditynath's ascendancy to power to his being a crudest and most poisonous anti-Muslim leader is a small part of the story. It is to be noted that despite all kinds of Muslim bashing in UP elections the winners could secure only 39.7% of the polled votes. BSP, SP and Congress together secured more than 50% of the polled votes and at the macro level 60.3% voters of UP voted against the Hindutva dispensation. The whole truth is that RSS/BJP knows it well that they cannot fulfil all those promises which it made to its new amalgamation of Hindu Castes which voted the former to power. Any sense of betrayal of its 'vote-bank' can only be camouflaged by a higher doze of Hindutva politics. Only Mahant Adityanath with his impeccable zeal and commitment for Hindutva could be the best bet for accomplishing this task. Adityanath combines two most aggressive streams of Hindutva politics, Hindu Mahasabha and RSS. He combines in him Savarkarite and Golwalkarite hatred for democracy, secularism and an all-inclusive India. He is a born dictator and relishes slogans like 'poorvanchal maen rehna hae tau Yogi-Yogi kehnaa hogaa'in tune with the RSS preference for 'one leader' as ruler. He personifies opposition to all symbols of all-inclusive India and it was natural that after declaration of his nomination as CM of UP by the MLA's in Lucknow, these were only saffron flags which were waved.

There has been a universal belief among the modern historians and political scientists that history does not repeat ever. But recent happenings in the ‘largest’ democracy, India and the ‘greatest’ democracy, USA seem to have presented a challenge to the above dictum. It was in the mid-20th Century that world witnessed the rise of totalitarian ideologies like Nazism and Fascism in Germany and Italy. Generally, we know how these two debased ideologies under the leadership of Hitler and Mussolini came to power leading to the World War II which caused unparalleled death, devastation and misery to the world. But another fact not much known is that both Hitler in Germany and Mussolini in Italy came to power through prevalent constitutional system in their respective countries. They were able to use weaknesses of the constitutional systems in their countries and turned the polities into unbridled dictatorships, themselves becoming cults.
India and USA seem to have gone through the same process and towards the same end. Narendra Bhai Modi, a seasoned pracharak (whole-timer) of the RSS who was described decades back as ‘fascist-in-making’ by a renowned Indian sociologist, and criticized even by the Supreme Court of India for his handling of the Gujarat Genocide of 2002, became Prime Minister of India in 2014 with only 30% of the polled votes. Donald Trump, a self-declared dictator who vowed to cleanse US of all Muslims, ban entry of Muslims in US, throw all Hispanics specially Mexicans (mostly poor Christians) in jails, shut down United nations and shut inconvenient media is soon to be sworn as the 45th President of USA. Incidentally, his defeated Democratic contender, Hillary Clinton secured 65,316,724 popular votes while the victor, Donald Trump could get only 62,719,568 votes. Both the leaders became rulers of their respective countries due to in-built infirmities in the electoral process of both the countries.

Shri Rajnath Singh ji,
Namaskar. It was heartening to note that as the Home Minister of a democratic-secular India you warned Pakistan, an Islamic State, not to be misled by the illusion that the latter could divide Indian on the basis of religion. You were absolutely right when addressing a public meeting at Kathua, Jammu, on December 12, 2016 you said: “Pakistan is under the wrong impression that it can divide India again on the basis of religion...All Indian Hindus and Muslims were brothers…”
I hope when you uttered the above words warning Pakistan about its designs to create divisions between two largest religious communities of India, you really meant it. Why I am raising this issue is because your public confession like our PM Modi ji that you are a ‘Hindu nationalist’, member of RSS and a follower of Hindutva politics. I have no reason to believe that as a member of RSS you will not be following the RSS ideology vis-à-vis democratic-secular Indian polity. Let me refresh your kind memory about some of the shocking ideas of RSS about the present Indian polity which Pakistan wants to fiddle with.

Kerala Science Centre to be named after  Golwalkar: a pervert Racist and denigrator of Kerala Hindu women
According to a statement (December 4, 2020) of the Science and Technology minister Harsh Vardhan a new campus with in the Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala would be named “Shri Guruji Madhav Sadashiv Golwalkar National Centre for Complex Disease in Cancer and Viral Infection”.  Madhav Sadashiv Golwalkar was the second Supremo of the RSS (1940-1973) and the most prominent ideologue of the RSS whom our PM credits for grooming the latter into a political leader.
It was during his term as boss of the RSS that Hindutva criminals associated both with the Hindu Mahasabha and RSS killed MK Gandhi for which RSS was banned and Golwalkar jailed. He demanded abrogation of the democratic-secular constitution of India and enforce Manusmriti (which decrees sub-human status to Sudras and women) as the constitution. He called upon Hindus to emulate Hitler who organized Holocaust to cleanse Germany of Jews for 'solving' minorities' problem in India.

Golwalkar a unabashed denigrator of Kerala Hindu women
The naming of a science centre after this guru of hate is despicable for another Kerala specific reason. Golwalkar is well-known for brazen denigration of Hindu women of Kerala. Golwalkar was invited to address the students of the School of Social Science of Gujarat University on December 17, 1960. In this address, while underlying his firm belief in the Race Theory, he touched upon the issue of cross-breeding of human beings in the Indian society in history. He said:
"Today experiments in cross-breeding are made only on animals. But the courage to make such experiments on human beings is not shown even by the so-called modern scientist of today. If some human cross-breeding is seen today it is the result not of scientific experiments but of carnal lust. Now let us see the experiments our ancestors made in this sphere. In an effort to better the human species through cross-breeding the Namboodri Brahamanas of the North were settled in Kerala.and a rule was laid down that the eldest son of a Namboodri family could marry only the daughter of Vaishya, Kashtriya or Shudra communities of Kerala. Another still more courageous rule was that the first off-spring of a married woman of any class must be fathered by a Namboodri Brahman and then she could beget children by her husband. Today this experiment will be called adultery but it was not so, as it was limited to the first child."

The above statement of Golwalkar was highly worrying in many respects. Firstly, it proved that Golwalkar believed that even in the Hindu society India had a superior Race or breed and also an inferior Race which needed to be improved through cross-breeding. Secondly, a more worrying aspect was his belief that Brahmans of the North (India) and specially Namboodri Brahamans, belonged to a superior Race. Due to this quality, Namboodri Brahamanas were sent from the North to Kerala to improve the breed of inferior Hindus there. Interestingly, this was being argued by a person who claimed to uphold the honour and unity of the Hindus world over. Thirdly, Golwalkar as a male chauvinist believed that a Namboodri Brahman male belonging to a superior Race from the North only could improve the inferior human Race from South. For him wombs of Kerala’s Hindu women enjoyed no sanctity and were simply objects of improving breed through intercourse with Namboodri Brahamanas who in no way were related to them. Thus, Golwalkar was, in fact, confirming the allegation that in the past male dominated high Caste society forced newly-wedded women of other castes to pass their first nights by sleeping with superior Caste males.
Shockingly, Golwalkar expressed these Racist, anti-women and anti-egalitarian views not in the presence of some uneducated or anti-social elements but before a noble gathering of gentry consisting of the faculty and students of a prime university in Gujarat. In fact, Golwalkar was welcomed by Dr. B. R. Shenoy, Director of the School while he arrived at the auditorium. The press reports make it clear that there was no murmur of protest against such fascist and ridiculous ideas as most of those present must have been affiliated with the RSS. It shows the degree of respectability which high caste oratory enjoyed in Gujarat and explains why Hindutva could make inroads in this region.
It is mind-blowing that despite Golwalkar holding such criminal ideas which openly denigrated women and society of Kerala, the present-day RSS-BJP rulers have dared to name a prominent science centre after him. It only shows that the Hindutva rulers are least bothered about the honour, esteem and prestige of the Keralite society. It would be a sad day for not only Kerala but democratic-secular polity of India if it is allowed to happen.

WHAT CRIMINALS COULD NOT ACHIEVE ON DECEMBER 6, 1992, IS LEGITIMIZED BY COURT
The author visited Ayodhya one month after the demolition of Babri mosque by the RSS/Shiv Sena/BJP cadres. It presented a picture of carnage, devastation, criminal participation of the Indian State in it but also underlining of the fact that secularism was not dead in Ayodhya. But today, on the 27th anniversary of the demolition of the Babri mosque I am not so sure, specially after the Supreme Court judgment on November 9, 2019, handing over mosque site to those who had razed the mosque. The moral of the story is that whatever criminals could not achieve on December 6, 1992, is legitimized by the highest court of justice of India.

Campaign 2019 is off to a nasty start. And the intemperance flows from the top. Mere days into electioneering, in a speech in Wardha, Maharashtra, on Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi brought the acquittals of the accused in the Samjhauta blasts case into his attack on the Congress. He dismissed and denied “Hindu terror”, blamed the Congress for coining the term, and invoked the spectre of “Hindu anger”, which, he suggested, was the reason why Congress president Rahul Gandhi had chosen Wayanad in Kerala, with a large non-Hindu population, as a second constituency. The PM’s assertions are unbecoming of his office. For one, it is misleading to say that “Hindu terror” is a political formulation. More importantly, the PM’s intervention on the Samjhauta acquittals politicises and potentially perverts an already imperilled due process in a set of cases where members of radical Hindu outfits have been accused of violence and terror. On the Samjhauta case, PM Modi ignores the court’s anguish — on the record — at letting off the accused because of the NIA withholding evidence. He disregards the fact that an NIA court had earlier, in 2017, convicted three ex-RSS pracharaks in the 2007 Ajmer dargah blasts case or that the Maharashtra ATS, in 2018, under a government led by his own party, chargesheeted 12 linked to hardline Hindutva groups under the anti-terror law, UAPA.

पुलवामा में शहीद पुलिस बल के जवानों का लहू,
राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ/भाजपा शासकों से मांग रहा जवाब! 
अर्द्घसैन्य बलों के 40 जवानों का जनसंहार और अनेकों जवानों के घायल और अपंग होने के इस वीभत्स कांड से सभी भारतीय स्तब्ध हैं। इस जघन्य कांड के पीछे जैश-ए-मोहम्म्द के कुख्यात आतंकवादी अजहर मसूद का हाथ है जो उसने ख़ुद क़बूला है । उसका नाम सुरक्षा परिषद की मोस्ट वांटेड आतंकवादियों की सूची में सबसे ऊपर है। सबसे तकलीफदेह यह है कि ये जवान युद्ध-मोर्चे पर नहीं थे। उन पर यह हमला उस समय किया गया, जब वे बसों पर सवार होकर जम्मू से श्रीनगर जा रहे थे। आशा के अनुरूप, प्रधान मंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने इस नरसंहार की कड़ी निंदा की और घोषणा की है कि न केवल अपराधियों को दंडित किया जाएगा, बल्कि उनका समर्थन और मदद करने वालों को भी इसकी भारी कीमत अदा करनी होगी। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि सुरक्षा बलों से कह दिया गया है कि इस अपराध का बदला लेने के लिए वे खुद निर्णय लेने के लिए स्वतंत्र हैं। शहीदों के परिवारों के समर्थन में आम लोग सामने आए हैं।
गौरतलब है कि पुलवामा जनसंहार का गुनहगार, रक्तपिपासु अपराधी अजहर मसूद द्वारा भारत के खिलाफ यह पहला आतंकी हमला नहीं है। दूसरों के दर्द से आनंदित होने वाला यह अपराधी, अनेक जन संहारों का जिम्मदार है। वह अनगिनत सामूहिक नरसंहारों, प्रगतिशील-धर्मनिरपेक्ष व्यक्तियों/संगठनों पर बम विस्फोटों लिए जिम्मेदार है और पाकिस्तान में महिला-तस्करी भी करता रहा है। दिसंबर1999 में इंडियन एयरलाइंस के हवार्इ उड़ान 814 (नेपाल के काठमांडू से दिल्ली) का अपहरण करके और उसे कंधार ले जाने के मामले का मास्टर माइंड यही था। 2008 में मुंबई आतंकी हमला, 2001 में भारतीय संसद पर हमला और 2016 में पठानकोट वायुसेना अड्डे पर हमला और अब पुलवामा नरसंहार सब में वह संलिप्त रहा है।
लेकिन पुलवामा में सीआरपीएफ के जवानों का बहता लहू आरएसएस/भाजपा के हुकमरानों से कुछ सवालों के जवाब मांग रहा है।
(1) मोस्ट वांटेड आतंकी अजहर मसूद को किसने जीवन दान दिया था?
भारत में दिसंबर1999 में आरएसएस के वरिष्ठ विचारक और नेता, अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी के नेतृत्व में केद्र में राजग की सरकार थी। भारतीय कश्मीर में अजहर मसूद 1990 के दशक की शुरुआत में आया था। घाटी में नफरत का जहर फैलाना और आतंकवादी गतिविधियों को तेज करना उसका मकसद था। वह फरवरी 1994 में पकड़ा गया और उसे जम्मू की कोट भलवाल जेल में बंद कर दिया। इसके खिलाफ भारत के खिलाफ युद्ध करने का आरोप था। जेल से उसकी रिहाई कंधार वायुयान अपहरण कांड के बदले हुई।  उसे भारतीय वायुसेवा के विमान में यात्रा कर रहे बंधक यात्रियों के बदले रिहा किया गया था। वह 24 दिसंबर,1999 को क्रिसमस की पूर्व संध्या थी जब इस विमान का अपहरण किया गया था। अजहर मसूद के साथ दो और खूंखाार आतंकवादी अहमद उमर सईद शेख और मुश्ताक अहमद ज़ारगर भी छोड़े गए थे। जैश-ए-मोहम्मद को तालिबान का संरक्षण प्राप्त था। उसकी मांग के अनुसार इन्हे बिना शर्त रिहा किया गया था। इन आतंकियों को कोट भलवाल जेल से लिया गया और तालिबान नियंत्रित अफगानिस्तान के कंधार क्षेत्र ले जाने के लिए एक विशेष विमान में उन्हें बैठाया गया। आरएसएस के प्रिय भाजपा नेता,भारतीय विदेश मंत्री जसवंत सिंह इन तीनों आतंकवादियों को अपने साथ वहां ले गए थे। 31 दिसंबर को इन्हें अपहर्ताओं को सौंप दिया। तालिबान ने उन्हें वहां से पाकिस्तान में जाने दिया।
संयोग वश, वर्तमान राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजीत डोभाल उस समय आईबी प्रमुख थे। उन्हीं के नेतृत्व में चार सदस्यीय भारतीय टीम ने अपहर्ताओं के साथ वार्ता हुर्इ थी और इन खूंखार आतंकवादियों को रिहा किया गया था!

THE SPILLING OF BLOOD OF CRPF MARTYRS AT PULWAMA DEMANDS ANSWERS FROM THE RSS/BJP RULERS
All Indians are devastated by the massacre of 40 para-military personnel and maiming of many of them by the notorious, Azhar Masood led Jaish-e-Mohammed [JeM] who tops Security Council’s list of most wanted terrorist. The most heinous part of this carnage was that the victims were not on the battle-front but travelling. As was expected PM Modi strongly condemned the massacre and declared that not only perpetrators would be punished but all those who aided and abetted would have to pay a heavy price. He also shared the fact that that security forces were free to take their own decision in avenging this crime. Common people have come out in support of the families of the martyrs.
It is to be noted that this blood thirsty criminal, perpetrator of the Pulwama massacre, Azhar Masood is not new in organizing terror attacks against India. This sadist criminal who had been responsible for countless mass killings and bombings of progressive-secular individuals/organizations and trafficking of women in Pakistan has been the master mind behind hijacking of Indian Airlines Flight 814 (coming from Kathmandu, Nepal to Delhi) to Kandahar, Afghanistan in December 1999, Mumbai terror attack in 2008, attack on Indian Parliament in 2001 and Pathankot Air Force attack in 2016 and now of course, Pulwama massacre.
But the spilling of blood of the CRPF martyrs at Pulwama raises some mind-boggling questions which demand answers from the RSS/BJP rulers.

Thanks to Professor Apoorvanand for has correctly highlighting the fact that for the RSS/BJP rulers of India there are bad genocides and good genocides. As a nation we must also investigate the fact that from where killer cadres came for 1984 genocide. It was instigated by the Congress, there is no doubt about it, but the way killer squads committed genocide professionally it was beyond the capacity of Congress thugs. HAS THE END OF THE INDIAN DEMOCRATIC-SECULAR POLITY  BEGUN?
India, sadly, is witnessing the Hindutva juggernaut running amok crushing whatever was democratic, liberal and egalitarian in the Indian polity. The RSS as the charioteer is not ashamed of this vicious campaign, instead, taking credit for it. It was not long back that it used to claim apolitical status. Even when its cadres like Atal Bihari Vajpayee and LK Advani became rulers of India it would assure the nation that RSS was a socio-cultural organization and had nothing to do with politics. Organiser, mouthpiece of the RSS, in its editorial of February 6, 2000 went on to declare that, "the RSS is not a political party. It does not take part in elections nor its office bearers are supposed to become office bearers of any political party. The RSS has no election symbol nor its leadership or members have ever endeavoured to seek political office. It is a social-cultural organization trying to inspire all national activity." In fact, it was the pledge RSS made to the first home minister of India, Sardar Patel as a condition for withdrawal of ban on it for playing a role in the assassination of Father of the Nation, MK Gandhi.

But since Modi's becoming PM of India in March 2014, who describes himself as Hindu nationalist, situation has deteriorated for the worst. Now RSS sets the agenda and executes Hindutva politics which keeps democratic-secular India on the ventilator. Even the ventilators which include independent judiciary, neutral bureaucracy, Parliament and office of the President of the Republic have faltered in fulfilling their task of safeguarding our polity.
The President and PM neither talk to the media nor explain about burning issues faced by the nation. However, RSS boss, Mohan Bhagwat as the ideologue of the ruling Hindutva group makes statements about the direction of the government. He  has become the de-facto ruler of India. He is allowed to hold conclaves, as the only speaker, outlining the Hindu nationalist polarizing agenda, at institutions like Vigyan Bhawan which were meant to deliberate on strengthening our democratic polity. The latest parvachan or sermon was delivered at the RSS headquarters on the eve of  Vijaydashmi,  also the foundation day of RSS in 1925.
Abandoning any façade of respecting Indian constitutional polity and its processes he demanded that an ordinance should be brought in by the government for building the temple at Ayodhya at the place of demolished Babri mosque on December 6, 1992. It looked as if his chelas or cadres of RSS governing India had solved all critical problems like, violence against Dalits, hunger, poverty, unemployment, violence against women, absence of health and educational facilities and only issues like Ram temple are to be solved!

It is not difficult to understand the fall out of Indian Supreme Court's latest judgment on the demolition of the Babri mosque. It has been welcomed and celebrated by the RSS and Vishwa Hindu Parishad. These were the organizations which led mob of Hindutva zealots which demolished Babri mosque at Ayodhya on December 6, 1992 despite undertaking to the Supreme Court, Parliament and  the PM of India.

WHEN INDIANS WERE CELEBRATING INDEPENDENCE, RSS WAS MOURNING
August 15, 1947 was a historical day in the eventful history of India. India got independence after a long and heroic struggle against the British colonial masters. India's independence was also a milestone in the ongoing anti-imperialist liberation struggles world-over.
In India all those who dreamt of an independent India and survived to see it happen were jubilant and despite gloom due to communal violence celebrated this amazing day with great passion. However, there was one organization, RSS and its foot-soldiers who were not celebrating the birth of a democratic-secular India but mourning its birth.

Tavleen Singh writes: "If Narendra Modi does not start paying attention to the message that voters in Uttar Pradesh have been trying to send him for months, he may as well give up all hopes of becoming prime minister again in 2019."
It is from one of the most prominent supporters of Moditva. But by advising Modi she erroneously believes that whatever has happened so far under the RSS/BJP rule was not willed by Modi himself. He is the main culprit.

I visited Ayodhya after one month of demolition of Babri mosque there. A short report of this visit appeared in The Times of India, January 17, 1993. The scanned copy of it is being reproduced here. Looking at it quarter century later one is shocked to know that those criminals who demolished mosque at Ayodhya  despite commitment to courts, Parliament and the then PM, Narsimha Rao were destined to rule India as PM, deputy PM, CMs and Governors. It could happen in India only.

इस दुखद सच को झुटलाना मुश्किल है कि हमारा देश जिस को दुनिया का सब से बड़ा लोकतंत्र माना जाता है वहां दो तरह की न्यायक पद्धतियां काम करती हैं। एक है जब बहुमत धर्म और ऊंची जातियों से जुड़े लोग/संगठन अल्पसंखयकों और दलितों के खिलाफ हिंसा करते हैं तो  हिंसा करने वाले मुजरिमों को सज़ा मिलना तो दूर की बात है उनकी पहचान भी नहीं हो पाती है।  यह चाहे बांग्ला भाषी मुसलमानों का नेल्ली जनसंहार (1983), सिख जनसंहार (1984०), बाबरी मस्जिद के विध्वंस (से पहले और बाद में 1992-93 के दौरान मुसलमान विरोधी हिंसा), गुजरात जनसंहार (2002), कंधमाल ईसाई जनसंहार (2007) या दलितों के अनगिनित जनसंहारों में से कुछ जैसे कि बथानी टोला (1996),लक्ष्मणपुर बाथे (1997), मिर्चपुर (2010) खैरलांजी (2006) किलवेलमानी (1968) किलविलमणि हों। क़ातिलों, बलात्कारियों और लुटेरों की पहचान नहीं हो पाती है और राज्य आयोग पर आयोग बिठाकर अल्पसंखयक और दलित विरोधी जनसंहारों को रफ़ा-दफ़ा करने के काम में ही जुटा रहता है। 
लेकिन अगर अल्पसंखयकों या दलितों दुवारा 'हिंसा' की गयी हो तो तुरंत फांसी और उम्रक़ैद दे कर 'इंसाफ़' किया जाता है।
यही खेल बाबरी मस्जिद के विध्वंस वाले मामले में खेला जा रहा है। 25 साल के बाद भी मस्जिद के गिराने वालों जिन्हों ने ऐलान करके इसे गिराया था को सज़ा नहीं दी गयी बल्कि वे देश के प्रधान-मंत्री, उप प्रधान मंत्री और मंत्री बने।  इस के बरअक्स मस्जिद की मिल्कियत को लेकर क़ानूनी लड़ाई की जा रही है।
दिसंबर 6, 1992 के दिन अयोध्या में मस्जिद और मुसलमानों के साथ किया हुवा था इस को जानना ज़रूरी है। देश की प्रजांतरिक-धर्मनिरपेक्ष वयवस्था के साथ हिन्दुत्वादी संगठनों ने जो शर्मनाक खेल खेला था उस की एक रपट पेश है जो नीलिमा शर्मा और शम्सुल इस्लाम ने बाबरी विध्वंस के एक महीने बाद वहां जाकर तैयार की थी। 
यह रपट जनवरी 31, 1993 को दैनिक जनसत्ता में छपी थी।

According to press reports Ramdev Yoga guru and Patanjali founder while participating in a TV show (September 30, 2017) said cow urine should be acceptable to Muslims too as something used for treatment. He went to the extent of claiming that "It is written in Quran that cow urine can be used for treatment." Without going into the debate whether Ramdev was honest in his reference to Quran or not one thing is sure. This Hindutva flag-post, Ramdev, a billionaire baba believes that by adding Muslim/Islamic angle in anything he can be in news and fulfill his design of Muslim bashing. His latest gimmick is asking Muslims to use cow urine therapy. Do all Hindus agree to his this hawkish project of cow urine therapy? Why should not he get it recommended by Dharam Sansad and Ayurvedic Council of India? Why does he not ask RSS/BJP health minister of India to make it compulsory in government hospitals? Can he suggest it to Sikhs/Christians/Jains/Buddhists of India? Why is it that he does not supply cow urine to his friend, Adityanath, another sanyasi and CM of UP so that hundreds of children do not die for want of oxygen and medicines? Baba is not asked whether cow urine is going to be provided free of charge as 'seva' or going to be another item for minting money. Such inconvenient questions are never asked by channels like India TV owned by Rajat Sharma, an ABVP alumni. He told Rajat Sharma, a Hindutva co-traveller that " I never think small. I think big. I think about our nation 500 years hence". The issue is that with him around as Raj Purohit of RSS/BJP can we be sure of democratic-secular India surviving for even a decade. He thinks big like PM Modi; Bullet Trains, not bothering about hundreds losing their lives on regular Indian railway network. Ramdev has no bank account but is one of the richest in India owning businesses worth TEN THOUSAND CRORES OF RUPEES. Nobody knows what the value of his assets abroad is. BTW, this business tycoon baba is also brand ambassador of Haryana but was missing when Haryana burnt for 2 weeks in February 2016, and not long ago, Chandigarh molestation of a Hindu girl by the ward of a senior RSS/BJP leader of Haryana and violence by the followers of baba Gurmeet Singh who was facilitated and financed by RSS/BJP leaders of Haryana. Ramdev like his RSS mentors must know that Muslim/Islam bashing has its limits.

No organization on this EARTH can beat RSS/BJP in HYPOCRISY. In the recent RSS/BJP conclave at Goa on the theme IDEA OF INDIA, they presented themselves as saviour of the democratic-secular India but in their 'Prayer' & 'Oath' at RSS shakhas they commit themselves to make India a Hindu State. Shockingly, the RSS English organ Organizer in its issue on the very eve of Independence, dated 14 August, 1947, rejected the whole concept of a composite nation in the following words: " Let us no longer allow ourselves to be influenced by false notions of nationhood. Much of the mental confusion and the present and future troubles can be removed by the ready recognition of the simple fact that in Hindusthan only the Hindus form the nation and the national structure must be built on that safe and sound foundation […] the nation itself must be built up of Hindus, on Hindu traditions, culture, ideas and aspirations ". "The people who have come to power by the kick of fate may give in our hands the Tricolour but it never be respected and owned by Hindus. the word three is in itself an evil, and a flag having three colours will certainly produce a very bad psychological effect and is injurious to a country." How long patriotic Indians will allow the RSS/BJP gang to play havoc with our democratic-secular polity?

Vinayak Damodar Savarkar today shares national eminence with M. K. Gandhi; their portraits hang side by side on the walls of Indian Parliament. This is despite the fact that Sardar Patel, the first Home Minister of India, held Savarkar responsible for the murder of the Father of the Nation. In a letter, dated February 27, 1948, to Jawaharlal Nehru, the then Prime Minister of India, Patel wrote: ‘It was a fanatical wing of the Hindu Mahasabha directly under Savarkar that hatched the conspiracy (to kill Mahatma) and saw it through.’
This book is the outcome of a sincere urge to separate facts from myths and present facts as they unfolded in the history of India’s Freedom Struggle. In order to know the real Savarkar, author has mainly relied on original documents available in the archives of Hindu Mahasabha, the RSS, the Government of India and the memoirs of revolutionaries who were in the Cellular Jail with Savarkar. These documents, astonishingly, show that he not only kept aloof from the Freedom Movement but also openly helped the British war efforts during the World War II at a time when Subhash Chandra Bose was trying to liberate India militarily. Savarkar remained a die-hard believer in Casteism, Racism and Imperialism throughout his life. He called it Hindutva. This book also evaluates the original 1923 edition of 'Hindutva' authored by Savarkar so that all those who cherish a democratic-secular India are able to understand the gravity of ideas which originated to undo India.

'[Savarkar] in his presidential speech at the Mahasabha conference in Ahmedabad in 1937, said: ‘As it is, there are two antagonistic nations living side by side in India'...The Hindu Mahasabha had no problem in joining the Muslim League Government in Sind and Bengal. He was also the supporter of the princely order and thought it would not be a bad idea if the King of Nepal became the Hindu emperor of India...If you want to recheck what I have written, take a look at Shamsul Islam's book on Savarkar published by Media House.'

This is high time that the people of this country scrutinize the record (of patriotism and loyalty to the nation) of the RSS itself. Unfortunately, the RSS which is fond of demanding unwavering and unflinching loyalty to the Nation from minorities is neither loyal to the Constitution of India, nor to the National Flag. RSS is an organization, which openly decries the existence of a democratic, federal and secular India which are the ‘Basic’ features of the Constitution of India. In fact, it has long heritage of worshiping dictators like Hitler. It is an organization which not only openly decried the Freedom Movement against the British rule but also made fun of the great martyrs like Bhagat Singh and his companions who laid down their lives for the liberation of the Motherland. In order to know the truth we will simply have to make access to the literature and publications of the RSS specially the writings of Golwalkar (known as Guruji) who as a philosopher and guide is religiously followed by the bosses and cadres of the RSS. In this booklet we have presented fully the official viewpoints of the RSS on different aspects of Indian polity so that it cannot allege misrepresentation.
We must seriously know about the RSS today, as it is no more a fringe organization with the present BJP leaders declaring their open allegiance to the RSS. They have even told the Nation that RSS to them is what Gandhiji was to Nehru! It is a highly intriguing and dishonest parallel in the sense that Gandhiji was theoretically never disloyal to a democratic, secular and federal India. We are publishing this booklet with the hope that this Nation gets familiarized to the real face and intentions of the RSS; otherwise it may be too late to save this country.

RSS/BJP claim to safeguard the interests of Dalits who are referred to as Sudras in Manusmriti. Is it possible? A renowned Indian journalist tries to find out the answer. Since RSS/BJP held Hinduism/Hindu nation/Casteism as synonymous, this set of Indian rulers are simply fooling the Dalits.

SHIBLI COLLEGE (Azamgarh, UP) was established  in the year 1883 by the great India patriot, Maulana Shibli Nomani who was a prominent freedom fighter who throughout his life relentlessly fought against the British rule and two-nation theory of the Muslim League. Maulana Shibli was very close to Gandhiji, Motilal Nehru and many contemporary Congress leaders. This College symbolized the secular tradition of India polity.  On January 26, 2000 it became a target of fascist attack by the goons of ABVP who were fully patronized by the then UP government, administration, police and judiciary. The teachers and students were arrested on anti-national charges.
This report present the chilling details of what happened at Shibli College. It seemed that Azamgarh was not part of a secular India but a Hindu rashtra. It is to be noted that attack on Shibli College was not an isolated incident.
It was prepared by a fact finding team sent by CPI-ML-New Democracy which consisted of Professor N. Bhattacharya, Dr. Ashish Mital & Shamsul Islam.

One of the while lies spread by the Hindutva gang is that Dr. BR Ambedkar was against Muslims. Such lies are exposed by Dalit ideologue Professor Anand Teltumbde. RSS chief, Mohan Bhagwat on Hindutva accused of bomb blasts in a speech on January 10, 2011 at Surat, Gujarat.

The latest turn around by the NIA in cases of bomb blasts by the Hindutva cadres against Muslims in different parts of the country including blasts in Samjhauta Express in 2007 makes it very clear that finally the Hindutva terrorists are going to be gradually reprieved as per the plan scripted by the current Indian rulers who also happen to be senior cadres of the RSS. It was not unexpected once Modi government assumed power in 2014. The chief prosecutor Rohini Salian in the case had warned that it was coming in the first half of 2015 itself. Julio Ribeiro, perhaps the most decorated cop in independent India and expert on terrorism, in a signed piece on June 27, 2015, warned that "going slow on ‘Hindu terror’ is dangerous.  It’s also an insult to the memory of Hemant Karkare".

The perpetrators of 1984 carnage of Sikhs in India still remain unidentified and unpunished; almost 30 years after the massacre. Most shockingly, on April 30, 2013 a Delhi court absolved a major organizer of this carnage, Sajjan Kumar, of the crime. This TV debate is on that issue. The participants are Professor Uma Chakarvarty, a historian and activist, one representative each from BJP & Congress. S. Islam's intervention aimed at highlighting the fact that both Congress & BJP indulge in a pseudo debate on the incidents of carnage of minorities and Dalits.  Whenever, massacre of these sections takes place a commission is set-up which continues for decades, holds nobody responsible and its recommendations are never enforced. We can see the same thing happening in case of Nellie Massacre (1983), Hashimpura Massacre (1987), Bhagalpur Massacre (1989), 1984 Massacre (1984), Gujarat 2002 Massacre, and incidents of Dalit massacre at Lakshmipet AP (2012), Laxmanpur, Bihar (1997), Khairlanji, Maharashtra (2006), Bathani Tola, Bihar (1996) and many-many more. However, if any violence is committed by minorities and Dalits it is immediately punished with severest sentences including death penalty. BJP claims to be a supporter of Sikhs but there are documents proving that they justified the 1984 Massacre and supported Indra Gandhi for Blue Star Operation.

Almost 30 years after Sikh Genocide of 1984 our country is still debating who were culprits. It is generally believed that Congress leaders & cadres were responsible for this genocide. RSS claims to have opposed this genocide. However there is a startling document circulated by RSS ideologue Nana Deshmukh on November 8, 1984 in which RSS justified genocide. This document says that it was the natural outcome of anger against killing of great Indra Gandhi. The RSS activist, Rakesh Sinha defended RSS but he could not tell what this document meant. The question remains whether RSS cadres were involved or not. It is a must watch who want to get familiar with the double/triple talk of RSS. It is well-known that RSS forced Indra Gandhi to go for Operation Blue Star.
