Pembahasan RUU Pertanahan telah lama bergulir di legislatif. Hingga kini, Pemerintah dan DPR RI terus melakukan revisi atas substansi RUU Pertanahan. Terdapat beberapa poin krusial yang masih cenderung diatur secara tidak tepat didalamnya. Untuk itu, Konsorsium Pembaruan Agraria, beserta organisasi sipil lain melakukan advokasi terhadap RUU Pertanahan, terutama terkait dengan reforma agraria, prioritas hak atas tanah dan penyelesaian konflik agraria.

Kajian yang dilakukan dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui penerapan hukum yang telah dibuat dapat memberikan daya guna bagi masyarakat dan negara secara efektif dan efisien. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan mengingat pada perkembangan, kemajuan masyarakat dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait.
Kajian terhadap analisis dan evaluasi ini diarahkan untuk memberikan dukungan bagi terwujudnya penerapan hukum yang mampu memberikan kepastian hukum, keadilan dan kemanfaatan yang sebesar-besarnya bagi masyarakat dan negara.
Terdapat tiga pertanyaan yang hendak dijawab. Pertama, bagaimanakah Politik Hukum Bidang Pertanahan di Indonesia?. Kedua, bagaimanakah permasalahan hukum dalam bidang pertanahan?. Ketiga, bagaimanakah arah Pembangunan Hukum dalam bidang Pertanahan?.

The article concerns the issues shaping the optimal model of the administrative process in Poland, which consists of the administrative proceedings before public administration bodies and the conduct of administrative courts. The research problem is analyzed based on selected problems of the practice of public administration, the most important from the point of view of the author and allow to capture the essence of the ongoing discourse. The author criticizes the current functioning of the administrative process model postulating his dejurydyzację, or withdrawal of the rights of the public to regulate social life. The method allows for the development of the title, the optimal model is convinced's widespread use in the process of lawmaking achievements of scientists from various fields of science, dealing with the regulated area of life, which can be closed in the statement of "praise schooling legislation." The article presents problems primates Polish administrative process, in particular the lack of action by the legislator, aimed at the comprehensive, universal change. Consequently raised criticism, formulated the proposals for directional changes as de lege ferneda.

Perpres 86/2018 tentang Reforma Agraria mengatur pelaksanaan reforma agraria di Indonesia. Sebagai terjemahan dari Undang-undang Nomor 5 tahun 1960 tentang Peraturan Dasar Pokok-pokok Agraria (UUPA), Perpres tersebut menawarkan Peluang sekaligus tantangan. Periodic endoscopic screening for oesophageal varices is recommended in patients with cirrhosis, but might be limited to a subgroup of patients if a simple non-invasive test was available to select those at risk of bleeding.We studied in 165 patients with cirrhosis the relation between the presence of oesophageal varices assessed by endoscopy, and liver stiffness measurement by Fibroscan®, a non-invasive parameter related to liver fibrosis. The results were compared to those of other parameters reflecting portal hypertension, splenic size, platelet count, and platelet count/spleen size ratio.Liver stiffness measurement was correlated to the grade of oesophageal varices (r = 0.6, p < 0.0001). AUROC values of liver stiffness measurement were 0.84 (95% CI: 0.78–0.90) for the presence of oesophageal varices and 0.83 (0.76–0.89) for varices grade ⩾ II. Liver stiffness measurement value <19 kPa was highly predictive of the absence of oesophageal varices grade ⩾ II (Se: 84%, PPV: 47%, NPV: 93%).Liver stiffness measurement allows to predict the presence of large oesophageal varices in patients with cirrhosis, and may help to select patients for endoscopic screening.

Nine customary forest has been recognized by Jokowi through decrees by the end of 2016. A breakthrough to restore the constitutional rights of indigenous peoples, as well as the implementation of the Constitutional Court Decision 35/PUU-X/2012. However, in the midst of the existing regulations related to the rights of indigenous peoples, the process of the customary forests recognition should be synergized. Moreover, if the government is seriously intend to restore the rights of indigenous communities, it shall develop the road map for future implementation. The question is whether the government has start developing it?.

Sektor kehutanan jadi salah satu penyumbang angka konflik agraria. Selain belum jelasnya tata batas kawasan hutan negara, serta tumpang tindih perijinan kawasan hutan, intensi pemerintah untuk menyelesaikan konflik juga minim. Namun, melalui Peraturan Bersama 4 Menteri Tentang Tata Cara Penyelesaian Penguasaan Tanah Yang Berada dalam Kawasan Hutan jadi tanda munculnya itikad baik dari pemerintah selesaikan soal tersebut. Sayang, Perber tak cukup efektif untuk diimplementasikan. Kini, rancangan Peraturan Presiden sebagai pengganti dari Perber 4 Menteri tengah disusun. Tapi, terdapat beberapa hal dalam rancangan tersebut yang masih potensial menghambat penyelesaian konflik agraria.
