Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari kita pasti pernah mengikuti suatu acara baik itu resmi maupun tidak resmi. Dalam suatu acara tertentu yang ada untuk mengatur acara yaitu seorang (Master of Ceremonial) atau suatu acara yang dapat dipisahkan dari acara acara. Bayangkan saja suatu acara yang tidak adanya pembawa acara, maka tidak akan sukses suatu acara.
Pembawa acara atau pembawa acara suatu profesi, untuk itu seorang pembawa acara acara untuk profesional. Karena profesi Pembawa Acara atau MC sangat berpengaruh dalam suatu acara. Dimana seorang MC harus mampu membaca situasi, menciptakan suasana sesuai dengan karakter acaranya, yang memungkinkan adanya dialog dengan audiens. Seorang MC juga harus mampu membacaa situasi, menciptakan suasana sesuai dengan karakteristik acaranya, dan memungkinkan adanya dialog dengan audiens. Dalam suatu acara pembawa acara diibartkan laksana sebuah bingkai untuk lukisan, dan lukisa itu sebagai suatu acara.
Bagaimanapun bagusnya sebuah lukisan jika dibingkai dengan alakadarnya tentu lukisan tersebut akan berkurang nilainya. Namun, walaupun lukisannya biasa – biasa saa tapi dibingkai dengan bingkai yang berkualitas tinggi maka lukisan yang biasa tersebut pasti akan menjadi luar biasa. Currently protection codes are essential to memory cells using to maintain a good reliability, various error detection and error correction methods can be used but to avoid corruption data Error correction code (ECC) are mostly widely used and introduced a delay penalty in accessing the encoding and decoding process can be performed but limitation of ECC are low speed performed in memory .it can be contributed to the utilization of simple code such as single error correction (SEC) and Double error correction (DEC) and detection. Matrix Codes (MC) constructed on hamming codes has been proposed for memory protection. The main dispute is that they are double error correction codes and the error correction capabilities are not enhanced in all cases. Decimal Matrix Code (DMC) structure on matrix and divide symbol is proposed to improve memory reliability with lesser delay. In this thesis, 64-bits and 128-bits Decimal Matrix Code is offered to assure the memory reliability. Here to detect and correct up to 9 and 17 errors respectively. The offered DMC based on decimal algorithm to extended the number of detection and correction capability of error bits stored in memory. More ever structure area of DMC is reduced by reusing its Encoder this is called Encoder Reuse Techniques (ERT). ERT can be used to minimize area without interrupting DMC encoder and decoder. ERT Uses DMC Encoder itself to be a part of decoder. Hence the entire structure area of DMC can be minimized. Using Xilinx Design Suite 14.2 simulation and implementation analysis can be done. Microcystins (MCs) produced by cyanobacteria pose a serious threat to public health. Intelligence on MCs distributions in freshwater is therefore critical for environmental agencies, water authorities, and public health organizations. We developed and validated an empirical model to quantify MCs in Lake Taihu during cyanobacterial bloom periods using the atmospherically Rayleigh-corrected Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS-Aqua) (Rrc) products and in situ data by means of the chlorophyll a concentration (Chla). First, robust relationships were constructed between MCs and Chla (r = 0.91; p < 0.001) and between Chla and a spectral index derived from Rrc (r = 0.87; p < 0.05). Then, an empirical algorithm to analyze MCs in Lake Taihu was constructed by combining the two relationships. Today, Hygroscopic swelling is one of the biggest challenging problem of Epoxy mold compound (EMC) in packaging with Microelectromechanical system (MEMS) devices. To overcome this hygroscopic swelling problem of EMC and guard the devices, MEMS devices are molded in this paper with different Mold Compound (MC) i.e. titanium and ceramic etc. during their interconnection with the board. Also, a comparatively performance analysis of this various mold compound with MEMS pressure sensor has been studied in this paper at 60% humidity, 140 mol/m 3 saturation concentration and 25 o C. It was observed that hygroscopic swelling does not take place in the titanium mold compound. But, titanium is very costly so we have to consider something cheaper material i.e. ceramic in this paper. The Hygroscopic swelling in Ceramic Mold Compound after 1 year is nearly 0.05 mm, which is very less than epoxy.

Thirty four novel 7-fluoro/nitro-1,2-dihydro-5-oxo-8-(sub)-5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]quinoline-4-carboxylic acids were synthesized from 2,4-dichlorobenzoic acid and 2,4-dichloro-5-fluoroacetophenone by multi step reaction, evaluated for in vitro and in vivo antimycobacterial activities against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv (MTB), multi-drug resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MDR-TB) and Mycobacterium smegmatis (MC2) and also tested for the ability to inhibit the supercoiling activity of DNA gyrase from M. smegmatis. Among the synthesized compounds, 8-[6-[[(1,1-dimethylethoxy)carbonyl]amino]-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hex-3-yl]-1,2-dihydro-7-nitro-5-oxo-5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]quinoline-4-carboxylic acid (10q) was found to be the most active compound in vitro with MIC of 0.08 microM and &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;0.08 microM against MTB and MDR-TB respectively. Compound 10q was found to be 4.5 and &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;570 times more potent than isoniazid against MTB and MDR-TB respectively. In the in vivo animal model 10q decreased the bacterial load in lung and spleen tissues with 2.51 and 3.71-log10 protections respectively at the dose of 50 mg/kg body weight.

They are also promoted (when switched into family friendly mode) to engage in everyday activities like picnics, family gatherings, family portraits and reading books to the children at night. Some promoters of sexbots promise that more than sex toys, their products can offer companionship and relationships that had previously been limited to human-to-human. This article looks beyond fears amplified by news media to see how robots are represented as mediators and embodiments of social ideals of companionship. Beginning with a social semiotic visual analysis of AITech’s promotional website for the sexbot Emma, we argue that rather than being a failed or problematic representation of human intimacy, Emma is portrayed as a non-human translation of a richer social relationship.
