The first sharia bank to record its stock in the IDX is Bank Panin Syariah, currently renamed as Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. This study aims to test the effect of NPF, ROA, and CAR on the stock return of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk. The data used in this research were obtained from the published quarterly financial report of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah in the period of 2014-June 2017. The methods used in this research were descriptive and verification methods with parametric statistical test tools based on the obtained data. The data were obtained from the regression analysis and the multiple linear correlation with a significance rate of 5%. For hypothesis testing, F-test was used for the simultaneous hypotheses and T-tests was employed for partial hypotheses. Non-Performing Financing (NPF) partially had a significant effect. In simultaneous test results NPF, ROA, and CAR had significant effects on the stock return of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk. It is important to observe to what extent a bank performs through its financial records represented by the financial ratios of Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Return on Assets (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) which affects the Stock return.
