The modern information and communication technologies (ICT) help every organisation to improve their productivity in terms of quality and quantity. The libraries, especially school libraries also fell in line with others to become not only the traditionally perceived learning environment as a physical space, but also the virtual learning environment. With the advent of computers, the nature of school library management and services has changed phenomenally. The school library provides service to the children including those with disabilities especially Children with Special Needs (CWSN). This enables CWSN to join the mainstream of students. The technological advancement has enhanced the possibilities for addressing their needs effectively. Therefore, the school libraries have to get equipped with the necessary technologies. This paper will discuss the present scenario of CWSN in Delhi schools. The paper also critically examines the different schemes launched by Indian Government in this regard. Different aspects of ICT and multimedia usages in school libraries are explored in the paper taking into account CWSN.

A lot of the Historical Debate these days both in India and across the Globe revolves around a better equipped Historiography for both progressive and regressive reasons. More so in India because Clash of Civilizations between the Left and the Right with each side being etched in the in the Indian Political Clash of Clans! Given this premise and the fact that schools are the centers that shape our thought processes that transpire to ideological Thought Currents at the Universities. The State being well aware, has skillfully devised the School Textbooks as tools to evoke in its citizens Hobbesian Loyalty under the Roussean Garb of Democracy. In consequence, the textbooks today are imprints of prejudices morethan intersection of perspectives. Having done enough Problem Mapping, its time to set at least a few things right. This is where MICROHISTORY and contextualization comes into the picture cocreating School History Textbooks as an evolving development literature par contemporary relevance.

Abstract—Planning practices are necessary requirements for effective instruction. Their importance is illustrated in the guidelines produced by several national organizations such as National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). Planning time is considered important by teachers at the grassroots level in order for them to develop thought-provoking lessons that allow students to make connections and form meaning as well as to reflect on previous lessons in order to make improvements for subsequent lessons.
