Maintenance of land records, processing of mutations and delivery and access of documents are key areas which have been revamped as a result of successful Computerisation of Land Records project. Efforts have been also made to share data; contents and documents over Internet with relevant stakeholders. Hand-written copies with manual signatures of competent authority have an assurance value for consumers or citizens. This authenticity can also be introduced into electronic documents through different mechanisms like Digital Signature, Bar Code and Digital Pen. This paper describes these mechanisms of introducing the authenticity into the electronic documents. It is one of the key factor for success of governance projects at grass root level.

In the present environment all organizations are trying to cut the cost of the product and also trying to improve the profitability of organization. For cutting the cost there exist various ways. One way is to do efficient working capital management. If working capital management is sound then there will be minimum idle capital and ultimately it reduces the interest burden of organization and it will help to improve the profitability of organizations. In the present paper an attempt has been made to study the relationship of working capital management and profitability accounting of Narasimha Mills Pvt. Ltd. For the purpose of finding this relationship. Ten years data has been used. From the result of multivariate regression it is found that all independent variables are found significant. It means all the components of working capital management are highly influencing on the profitability of organizations.

Robinow syndrome (RS) is a human dwarfism syndrome characterized by mesomelic limb shortening, vertebral and craniofacial malformations and small external genitals. We have analyzed Ror2-/- mice as a model for the developmental pathology of RS. Our results demonstrate that vertebral malformations in Ror2-/- mice are due to reductions in the presomitic mesoderm and defects in somitogenesis. Mesomelic limb shortening in Ror2-/- mice is a consequence of perturbed chondrocyte differentiation. Moreover, we show that the craniofacial phenotype is caused by a midline outgrowth defect. Ror2 expression in the genital tubercle and its reduced size in Ror2-/- mice makes it likely that Ror2 is involved in genital development. In conclusion, our findings suggest that Ror2 is essential at multiple sites during development. The Ror2-/- mouse provides a suitable model that may help to explain many of the underlying developmental malformations in individuals with Robinow syndrome.
