The paper focuses on the majorly practiced law of untouchability which was expressly abolished from the Constitution of India but is openly practiced as an existed law. The caste system has not only given a face tag to the Dalits and other lowest caste but has given a fear of death every day. This paper discusses the origin of caste system in India compared by the origination in UK and USA and connects it to the historical background of these focused countries. Other section of the paper focus on the current scenario of Dalits in India, USA and UK and shared the statistical data and report analysis for a better understanding.

Introduction:-Now a days, environmental pollution is a major cause for concern, not only for us, but also for the whole mankind. In the last century, the rise of this menace assumed so gigantic that it has cast its melancholic shadow on nature itself. The diminishing ozone ionosphere leading to global warming and the unpredictable seasonal variations are some of the adverse effects of worldwide environmental pollution that are threatening to the existence of human beings on this planet.

The second life of the doux commerce. Metamorphoses and crisis of a commonplace at the dawn of the industrial age

This article deals with a blind spot in Hirschman’s analysis in The Passions an the Interests: according to him, the topos of the doux commerce would have been erased from the collective consciousness during the 19th century, due to the social consequences of the industrial revolution. However, in the debates that animate the industrialist thinkers under the French Restoration (1814-1830), the association between civil peace and economic development takes on new topical and argumentative forms with the conceptual shift from the “trading nation” to the “industrial society”. This shift is not indifferent: it has reconfigured the topography of the doux commerce. On the one hand, the theme of peaceful industry superimposed the workshop model (regarded as cooperative, productive and hierarchical) on that of commercial exchange (regarded as more egalitarian). On the other hand, it opened the prospect not only of a simple softening, but of a radical substitution of interest for passions and of a total elimination of conflict thanks to the peaceful exploitation of nature. However, the emergence of the social question sowed discord among industrialists: without rejecting the commonplace entirely, the Saint-Simonians separated from the liberals by detaching the theme of peaceful industry from the dogma of free competition.

El propósito de este trabajo es explicar la naturaleza jurídica de la institución denominada "constitucionalización del derecho", así como resaltar su importancia y alcance en el ordenamiento jurídico italiano y colombiano. Para cumplir tales fines, se adopta una metodología cualitativa a partir de la revisión y el análisis documental de referentes teóricos, junto con análisis comparado entre los modelos jurídicos-constitucionales de ambos países-, con base en doctrina actualmente existente, a fin de alcanzar, mediante un proceso lógico deductivo, algunas conclusiones propositivas sobre los progresos que la constitucionalización del derecho ha irradiado en todos los aspectos del mundo de la vida jurídica, de cara a retos y objetivos de las sociedades dinámicas. Concretamente se pudo establecer que la forma, materia y alcance de la constitucionalización del derecho en Italia y Colombia tiene diferencias importantes, en cuanto al modo y la intensidad del proceso de constitucionalización, pero aún así, mantienen patrones similares y comparten ciertos elementos o criterios comunes, sobre todo en la eficacia judicial de los derechos humanos y fundamentales.
