KM covers an extensive range of usefulness and sustains various sets of activities and supposed that the KM success, are the Key Success Factors (KSFs) on the contributions of quality and quantity to the system. Based on the existing literature, a research hypothesis has been developed and tested through the quantitative study. The data were collected through a questionnaire that was administrated among sample comprising 70 managers from the various private Malaysian firms. The outcomes confirm positive relationships between all five KFS parameters but there is a lack of leadership.

This study aims to investigate the association between three dimensions of e-relationship quality in lodging websites. The objectives of this study are to investigate the relationship between determinants of e-relationship quality on loading websites. This research adopts the quantitative method (Correlational design) so the researcher gathered data through survey and used close coding to code the data as well as constant comparative methods to analyze them. In addition, based on the aim of this thesis, 150 respondents were randomly selected by using the convenience sampling method comprised of Malaysian adult male and female with age ranging from 25 to above 65 years old. This survey was conducted in Malaysian hotels which are located in Kelang Valley. The findings revealed that the communicational function, followed by relational function and transactional function was the most important dimensions that would affect customer e-loyalty. Furthermore, the findings of this thesis indicated that there is a positive relationship among the three dimensions of e-relationship quality in Malaysian lodging websites.

Social network sites (SNSs) have been used to bring people close to each other across the globe, especially the youth. It is important to find out the matching of types of SNSs to the motives for using them and toward fitting the profile of youth in Malaysia for the SNSs concerned. Specifically, this study tries (1) to find out the types of SNSs subscribed by youth, (2) to gauge the frequency of using the SNSs per week, (3) to rank the motives for using the SNSs, and (4) to compare the differences between youth profile for using the SNSs. Driven by digital solutions, the bioeconomy has taken major steps forward in recent years toward achievement of the long-lasting goal of transition from a traditional fossil economy to a circular economy. The coupling of digitalization and the bioeconomy is leading toward a digitalized bioeconomy that can satisfy a shift in people's preferences for eco-consciousness, which in turn induces coupling of up-down stream operation in the value chain. This dual couplings has led to a new R&D model that absorbs external innovation resources from a broad value chain and assimilates them into various entities. In light of the increasing significance of such a new R&D model that may avoid the dilemma between R&D expansion and productivity decline, this paper elucidated dynamism enabling dual couplings. An empirical analysis of global forest-based bioeconomy firms was conducted, thereby providing an insightful suggestion with respect to dynamism emerging from a new R&D model.
