Cette etude s’interroge sur les conditions de possibilites et les modalites d’entrance des auteurs africains dans le champ de la bande dessinee europeenne de langue francaise. La these procede a une approche sociologique en effectuant, en premier lieu, une analyse institutionnelle des conditions de production, de circulation et de reception, ainsi que de la sociabilite dans les contextes locaux, notamment dans les pays de l’Afrique subsaharienne francophone. L’examen des modalites de publication dans l’edition ou dans la presse, des associations d’auteurs, des festivals et d’autres initiatives de promotion, des possibilites offertes par le monde associatif et celui des institutions montre que les auteurs locaux ont a realiser leur vocation artistique et leurs projets professionnels dans des milieux mal organises et peu propices. Despite decades of gender-balanced recruitment and clear-cut criteria for promotion based on meritocracy, women in public accounting firms remain proportionally fewer in number in the highest levels of the hierarchy than men. This paper aims to explore the mechanisms fostering women’s rarity in top positions within French accounting firms in terms of organizationally constructed approved paths. Drawing on 21 semi-structured interviews with both male and female accountants, the specificities of these approved paths, alongside the construction of alternative, feminised routes, lacking the legitimacy of the former and often implying a derailment of women’s careers from a very early stage, will be explored. The design and organizational structure within the company are needed to carry out effective and efficient management. Organizational design is a model chosen by the organization to coordinate and control the tasks within the organization. organizational structure is an arrangement and relationship between each part both in positions and tasks that exist in the company in establishing operational activities to achieve goals. The four basic organizational design decisions are delegation of authority, task grouping, and span of control. The five forms of organizational structure formulated by Mintzberg are simple structure, machine bureaucracy, professional bureaucracy, divisionalized form, and adhocracy. The tool used to display the assignment of each project member for each activity is the RACI Matrix. Career path is a formal effort by a planned and organized organization to achieve a balance between the career needs of an individual and the demands of the job. Career path has an influence on work motivation and employee performance.
