moreToday there are over 67 million dispossessed family members in America. These men, women and children suffer the loss of their security, lives, memories and personal property as they are thrown out of their homes. These men, women and children have had the roof's stolen from over their heads by banks and foreclosure mills, stolen for the unjust enrichment of the criminals, evidenced by hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements, fines and sanctions handed down through Government Agency lawsuits. The lawsuits brought by the agencies end with the funds going mainly to the coffers of the government agencies and municipalities, little if any make it to the actual victims, even less to the communities. Many lawyers have stepped in to help the victims of these financial crimes only to find themselves at the mercy of unjust threats of sanctions and of losing their law practices because of their work helping the victims. Florida Attorney Bruce Jacobs is no different, but is one still standing and winning for the people. Jacobs works through continued threats of loss of business but endures and now has a remedy to share with America. Miami Mayor Suarez and Commissioner Russell have teamed up with Jacobs to create Resolution 6021, a remedy to homelessness, affordable housing and sustainability in homeownership. Other State municipalities, such as in Maui-Hawaii, are showing interest in hiring Bruce to do the same for their communities. Our Committee is bringing the remedy that makes the criminals pay as America heals. We are the Committee supporting the implementation of this resolution. "The National Committee in Support of Resolution 6021 has a mission to connect Americas Public Servants to the remedy bringing solutions to the problems of homelessness, affordable housing and sustainability to homeownership. The committee furthers its mission by partnering and building bridges across the political, religious and social platforms holding the banks accountable to their financial crimes where sanctions are the remedy to self funding the budget items to cure the problems.
