The House started the "Notice of Default" (NOD), impeachment, on President Trump even before he took office. Seeking to evict him from the home he has duly taken possession of. Are you aware that before you take possession of your home following escrow it is already purported to be 30 days in default? The House continued leveling threats of impeachment and bringing forth documents (dossier's) to give "standing" to impeach (foreclose). The documents are proven without merit, yet they continue to be uttered. Foreclosure Mills utter notices and robo-signed, altered, created fraud to appear to be due process to take your seat at your home. Judges just accept the fraud as real and the chairmen of the House are doing the same thing. The hearings played out like the kangaroo courts of foreclosure and eviction. A bias judge in a rigged court, ignores the facts and allows the fabricated stories. The homeowner has no defense as hearsay and third party characters. The bias House is attempting to steal the White House. It doesn't matter what political party you follow, the shoddy process is fraud upon our nation! If you are a homeowner battling the Foreclosure Mills, slapdash process, then please step away from your political views and just think about the process of losing your home to the same fraud, made up and created to give an appearance of standing. This is Constitutionally incoherent! The framers built the Constitution to protect our Republic. office of the President and the rights of the people. Hatred by the Democrats for the President has now consumed the law and acted under the color of their perceived authority. "A political fraction has succumbed to partisan rage" (credit to Mitch McConnell) and just as Foreclosure Mill attorneys act under purported standing to steal homes, perceived through hearsay and lies, the House has perceived to act under the color of impeachment. The Senate will not be passing this impeachment, but as one crazy Congressman said, "We can come back and do it over and over again." And, THAT dear readers is exactly what can happen in the world of Foreclosure Mill Fraud! We must end this circle of crazy removing families from their homes, the homes their very signature procured and paid for. If you are comfortable with the process that has been playing out against the White House and have any experience in the kangaroo foreclosure courts then there are no further words needed. Crazy has taken over the House. We must remember that trampling the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Magna Carta, The Declaration of Independence and Natural Law is criminal. Today there are over 67 million dispossessed family members in America. These men, women and children suffer the loss of their security, lives, memories and personal property as they are thrown out of their homes. These men, women and children have had the roof's stolen from over their heads by banks and foreclosure mills, stolen for the unjust enrichment of the criminals, evidenced by hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements, fines and sanctions handed down through Government Agency lawsuits. The lawsuits brought by the agencies end with the funds going mainly to the coffers of the government agencies and municipalities, little if any make it to the actual victims, even less to the communities. Many lawyers have stepped in to help the victims of these financial crimes only to find themselves at the mercy of unjust threats of sanctions and of losing their law practices because of their work helping the victims. Florida Attorney Bruce Jacobs is no different, but is one still standing and winning for the people. Jacobs works through continued threats of loss of business but endures and now has a remedy to share with America. Miami Mayor Suarez and Commissioner Russell have teamed up with Jacobs to create Resolution 6021, a remedy to homelessness, affordable housing and sustainability in homeownership. Other State municipalities, such as in Maui-Hawaii, are showing interest in hiring Bruce to do the same for their communities. Our Committee is bringing the remedy that makes the criminals pay as America heals. We are the Committee supporting the implementation of this resolution. "The National Committee in Support of Resolution 6021 has a mission to connect Americas Public Servants to the remedy bringing solutions to the problems of homelessness, affordable housing and sustainability to homeownership. The committee furthers its mission by partnering and building bridges across the political, religious and social platforms holding the banks accountable to their financial crimes where sanctions are the remedy to self funding the budget items to cure the problems. The mission is to bring Attorney Bruce Jacobs work across America."

On July 30, 2018 over 60 interested parties witnessed the court validate lending fraud, the ponzi scheme of pirating and ordering of evidence to be destroyed. The case of Civil Joinder of Criminal Actions was eventually dismissed by Judge Carter, but the Motion for Reconsideration was never brought into the court. Powers had motions, her subrogation and arbitration demands ignored and Judge David O Carter destroyed material evidence of fraud, he also created a fictitious ruling of assumptions that, like lending of any $ loans, was created out of thin air. Powers brought the truth, Carter found she was not boardering on frivolous as the opinion to dismiss the entire case later claimed, but on the record he stated the case would win or lose on merit, alas, that is not what he did...nor did he demand the indictments promised as he did not allow a jury to see the fraudulent documents Powers gave as material facts via affidavits on and in the record.

It fascinated me when i read it was a historical case, one that is shedding the light on the dark side of the courts that many of us have experienced all too well. This case takes one from the back rooms of kidnapping a child to what appear to be pay outs exceeding the limits set, via an innocent enough looking organization The American Inn's of The Courts. Yes, this story is one everyone should take time to read and think about. Not everyone has what it takes to take a stand of this magnitude and rather the system sees her "win" or not, she already has as she opens the door at the "Inn" and connects the corruption further inside the shadow's of the chambers.
