We arrived quite late at night but the uncle at reception was so kind & nice.
Simple check in process & there is some parking charge (forgot the fee but we paid together during check in).
It's more like business hotel and suitable in case you only need a place to stop by for a night.

Everything was perfect. It was the best hotel we stayed during our trip to Kumamoto. Cheerful and kind lady at the reception was very helpful, attentive and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, kindly responding to all our requests.
The rooms are super clean, huge and spacious. We had a feeling that we stayed at a separate villa house with garden view and parking lot. The room was very quiet, so we could have a wonderful sleep.
There is also a restaurant on the other side of the street, which is convenient.
I wish we could enjoy our stay longer. We will definitely come back again.
