Smashwords Edition
Untitled
Battles unending
Scars fade
Slowly
Marked skin
Haunting melody
Whispers in my ear
Fight on
Struggle futile
Struggle on
More battles
Battle on
Push forward
Hold on
Remember who you are
Don’t let the demon win
I know you’re scared
Surrendering
Fight on
For yourself
For everyone
Little secrets
Run red
Across your eyes
Blinding me
Wipe your eyes
Help you to see
Don’t give in
To this darkness
Please, please
Fight on
Untitled
Can you feel the beast within?
Roaring out
Clawing through
Its roar echoing through your mind
It vibrates through your entire body
Blood pulses through your veins
You look up
Your eyes drilling holes into the world
Untitled
Beautiful tiger
Elegant prison
Tied so tight
Lost in the crowd
Born to stand out
Roaring pride
Stripes so bold
Glowing eyes
Beautiful tiger
Calling out
Can’t help yourself
Invisible prison
Break free
Be who you are intended to be
The leaves hide you
Tear you down
No one can see
Your true character
Beautiful tiger
Come to me
Let me set you free
Help you to see
The creature you are
You’ve lost yourself
But I can help
Beautiful tiger
Don’t you see?
All you are meant to be
Beautiful
Proud
A blazing force
Leap forward
Shed your camouflage
Now you are you
A beautiful tiger
Untitled
Broken words
Fall
