    So many of us have been frustrated with a roll of extra fat around the middle.

    We work hard.

    We exercise regularly.

    THE BODY’S FUEL

    Sugar / Carbs  or  Fat

    The body prefers sugar – just like we do!

    The problem is that years of carbohydrate/sugar consumption ⇨ metabolic dysfunction.

    Metabolic Dysfunction occurs when our body’s cells lose fuel flexibility and forget how to burn fat.

    Signs of Metabolic Dysfunction:

    Fat around the abdominal area / Thyroid issues

    Blood Sugar regulation issues

    High Blood Pressure

    High Triglycerides or a sudden rise in LDL

    Reversing Metabolic Dysfunction
