      PROEM

      On Christmas Eve of 2013, I received a present from my sister, Anna. It was a notebook for scribbling my verses. The old one was filled since I recently wrote and published my second book of poems La rabbia del lupo1.

      On the first page of her gift, she wrote as dedication: ...turn the page and go on with the adventure; different words, different emotions...

      I immediately wrote underneath her note an answer: A new notebook for new words? A new soul to again feel emotions... old remorses for new regrets.

      I don’t remember why I made such comment, but perhaps the reason is revealed in this collection.

      Indeed, I continued to scribble verses and interacted with friends interested in expressing feelings and fantasies in various ways. We met online building our respective blogs. is encounter inspired me to write in English, which is something of a new experience for me since it is not my native language. Without the help of Franco M, Laura C., Catterina C., Patrizia R. and all the followers of my blogs, I wouldn’t t have been able to come this far.
