I dedicate this book
to every person who has felt pain
reach from behind you
unravel you,
chew you up,
and spit you out
only to leave you in the dark
but yet gave you the courage,
the strength,
to evolve
and seize your own
rainbow!
Every word is for you . . .
The real tragedy of life is to be succumbed by routine never meeting, never knowing, never becoming who you are to be or be who you are to become!

Paradise
My Paradise . . .
A beautiful vision,
It always starts out the same
The sun glistening on every grass blade
I walk through the meadow
As the wheat weave between my fingers
The corner of my optic cavity
Glimmering with brilliance
From that golden solar plate,
Beaming from the sky,
The same silky coloring of my skin
Shining so brightly
Reflective in the eye of your ocean
Oh! How it peacefully fills me!
With every joy of the notion
This uplifting, freeing feeling
That my body
Comprehends with devotion
Echoing the words
Of unspeakable unbelievable love
As close as my fingertips
To a wing of a dove
. . . Paradise
Relax
I need to inhale
Then exhale
The negativity I’m feeling
Brain so drained
From this anxious feeling
HUSH!
Don’t move . . .
Stop your pacing . . .
I can’t stop moving
The emotion I’m feeling,
Is very consuming!
Intoxicating, in the worse way
It makes my stomach
Swivel and sway!
Just breathe . . .
Close your eyes,
Drift into serene
Sweet thoughts
Breathe life
Into the word
C_A_L_M
Bittersweet
I saw you today
And you took my breath away
You literally
Made me speechless
Made my heart ricochet
Bounce off
The walls of my rib cage
Ignite that smile
I couldn’t make stay
A glimpse in your eyes
Is all it took
You shook the world
All in one look
How couldn’t I?
But really I can’t look!
So bittersweet
I can’t take that last glance
To watch you walk away
I can’t put myself on that hook
That bittersweet moment
When my heart was took . . .
Soul Mate
As I close my eyes
and drift into darkness
Our hands touch,
under shadows kiss
We interlock our fingers,
as if they were our lips
Something feverish
and yet so beautiful
One can only describe as . . .
Bliss
An aura so magical,
It hovers over you like mist
Completely devours you,
Moves swiftly into you
Bringing all emotions to the surface
From the first sight of being curious,
From the first date of being nervous,
From the first kiss of being serious,
True love proved to be infectious
Awakening the immortal heart of me,
Proposing an equal,
of timeless infinity
Capturing love’s promise
Making its fairytale true,
for you and me!
For Granted
There are things in this world that I can’t even imagine
Living without you is one I can’t even fathom
This is the worse emotion that I never wanna feel
In the life we live this is something enviable to all
Something only God can heal
So I need you to know that I love you with all my heart
I have never taken you for granted
Mom, you are amazing!
You have the kindest heart!
We have a relationship with an unbroken seal
You taught me to love, you taught me to feel
You taught me forgiveness
Upon lesson after lesson
Having you as only MY MOTHER
Is beyond a blessing!
I have met women with broken souls
Who have lost touch of their children
Consumed by madness with no ambition
Women who have lost their mind after being dragged through hell
I don’t know how you gained your strength
Or how you passed it to me as well
You are the reason in every single way
That I could be who I am
The baby girl you guided and raised
The young woman you gave legs to stand
I love you mommy
You are the beauty in my face
I’m so grateful to have you
You could never be replaced!
Mr. Valentine
You make me feel . . .
Like I have something to hold on to
As if my world couldn’t crumble
Because of you . . .
That undying love that runs in you
Evolves in your veins
And becomes you . . .
The oxygen you breathe
Because I need you . . .
Be anything possible
To relieve you . . .
No, I’m not mistaken I believe you
Nope, not one person could exceed you
The tenderness in your heart,
I couldn’t leave you . . .
I’ll say it again . . .
I know I need you!
To be with you on a romantic day . . .
Is too good to be true
You can be sure
I won’t mislead you
or
Do anything to displease you . . .
In fact . . .
Let me please you
Be there for anything you need, boo!
This goes for every day
Not just Valentine’s Day
Because I love you!

You pricked your finger
When you touched my heart
Vessels frozen from the abuse
Emotions torn apart
Seduced from love
A taste so tart
Visions so reckless
Your movements never smart
I swam through the ocean,
that you filled with mud
Showered in the water
that just became blood
Oozed like the puss
of a pimple pushed too hard
Became the corn on your feet
My emotions were scared
I tremble at the thought
of this revolting life
Do I stay with you?
Condemn myself to this strife
To be born again . . .
How could I say no twice?
The angel within me won’t come off that nice
Every single woman has her
sugar and spice
I loved you from the grain
I didn’t have to suffice
You meddled with rubbish
Brought pain in my life
To paint you this picture
I would start with the tears that I cried
Then loneliness overwhelmed
and flooded my mind
It rained so hard
I was empty inside
No attempt to eat
Lost every appetite
Never been so skinny
I could blow like a kite
Never had I found evidence
of you doing wrong
But once you proved me right
I pulled the trigger on that gun
I exploded with anger
Venom in my lungs
Ran clear across the earth
Just to show you I’m strong
I leaped
as the phone connected
to the back of your head
Grabbed on to your body
and pounded until my knuckles turned red
started to gag
when I realized
It was you I was touching
Pushed you away
you stumbled to the ground
where you belong . . .
You are Nothing!
As I walked away screaming
I punctured my soul
on something
Was it metal?
plastic?
or the box cutter I’m holding?
But that young li’l bitch you wanted
claims she’s got something coming!
I pace back and forth yellin’
Bitch, I’m not runnin’!
You crawl to me,
try to calm me down
and claim I’m not being the woman
That you fell in love with
I burst with laughter
so tickled I can’t control myself
Screaming . . .
"This is exactly what you wanted!
A gangsta-ass bitch,
a loose pussy,
where all the boys fall in!
You wanted a selfish li’l girl
with dreams too far to grasp
when you had a woman
who loved you as if you were
first class!
You wanted a girl
who could proudly say . . .
I fucked your bitch in your bed!
Bitch, Are You Crazy?
Think about what you just said!
You wanted a female with no self-respect!
A female that couldn’t give you nothing
That’s the reason you crept!
I decided at this moment
I needed to take a walk
Kept the box cutter on me
Just in case that li’l bitch ain’t smart!
I glided up the street
Thinking of everything that just went down
And just
