Does this come with a gas block and gas tube ? Expert Answer

Per Geissele, Effective 3/31/20 Geissele will no longer include the gas blocks with the rails. It will include the barrel nut, but they also stopped including the barrel nut wrench. The barrel nut wrench and gas block now need to be purchased separately. Geissele never included the gas tube with their handguards.

As the latest entry to the Geissele line up of Super Modular Rails, the MK14 offers a slimmer package than previous versions due to the improved handguard design. The handguard has a smaller diameter and is shorter, improving grip and reducing the overall weight of the weapon. Plus, these free-floating rails are machined with precision from 6061-T6 aluminum to ensure they are durable, lightweight, and rigid.

The MK14 Super Modular Rail kit also includes the updated version of the Geissele Barrel Nut design, which allows for easy installation and excellent rigidity to keep your weapon stable. This barrel nut has 2.25 inches of surface contact, giving it plenty of space to interface with the receiver and keeping your mounted optics in position even after firing countless rounds.
