The study investigates the existence of a fintech entity that effect sustainable bank performance through competitive advantage and introduces a new fintech entity as an antecedent of competitive advantage and performance. Analysis of the causes of disturbance of the performance uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. The study uses 59 questionnaires returned from all 70 bank financial managers as a National Commercial Bank Association member. Five informants were selected from the Central Bank of Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority, the Indonesian Fintech Association, a bank business player, and the Commercial Bank Association Management. Using Partial Least Square, the results show that the fintech entity can drive sustainable bank performance, directly and indirectly, through competitive advantage. The existence of fintech is a dominant factor for achieving performance. From the informants, the results show that collaboration with a fintech entity is necessary and initially, the banks in running a business based on a perspective of experience. Moreover, Informants predicted that fintech and competitive conditions would significantly influence performance in the present and the future. <p class="Abstract"><em>Over time, The number of IKMs which continued to increase and were not accompanied by data collection was what ultimately caused problems. The lack of awareness to register a business that is owned is still one of the causes. In fact, this is very important to do. Seeing the above phenomenon makes us aware of the importance of data collection on IKM, especially those in Jepara District, Jepara Regency. This research method uses a qualitative approaches. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and normative analysis. The process of validation and data collection is based on the indocators contained in the querstionnaire. 9 indicators in data collection, namely IKM business actors, Business Permits, Type Of Industry, KBLI, Number Of Workers, Raw Materials, Working Capital, Production Capacity, and Investment. The final result of the activity is a data master document for IKM in Jepara District which is compiled in order to support the smooth implementation of goods / services procurement. </em></p><p class="Abstract"> </p>

The field of creativity studies underrepresents—even excludes—creators who have disabilities. The underrepresentation partly reflects an approach that pathologizes disability. Disability as a pathology or marker of ineligibility makes the contributions of people with disabilities invisible or illegible to creativity research. However, disability operates as a marker of membership in a larger disability culture. Considering disability and creativity as cultural phenomena locates a means for including disabled creators in creativity studies. Cultural models describe creativity in terms of groups sharing values, experiences, and resources. People with disabilities participate in subcultures (e.g., deaf communities) and/or larger cultures (i.e., disability culture). Disability cultures encapsulate shared experiences and values as well as resources. In the following article, I pair three propositions from cultural creativity models with evidence from creators with disabilities to demonstrate that (a) members of disability culture experience the world in ways that generate creative expression, (b) encountering a world designed for abled bodies incites the creativity of disabled people, and (c) disabled and abled people collaboratively create. However, not all methodological approaches effectively include creators with disabilities. Qualitative approaches suit best when the researcher practices reflexivity and allows creators with disabilities the right to manage their own representation within the project.

Abstract Background Medication adherence is a common issue influenced by various factors among patients with severe mental disorders worldwide. However, most literature to date has been primarily quantitative and has focused on medication adherence issue from the perspective of patients or their caregivers. Moreover, research focused on medication adherence issue in China is scarce. Present study aims to explore the influential factors of medication adherence among patients with severe mental disorders form the perspective of mental health professionals in Hunan Province, China. Methods A qualitative study was performed in Hunan Province, China with 31 mental health professionals recruited from October to November 2017. And semi-structured interviews or focus group interviews were conducted along with audio recordings of all interviews. Interview transcripts were then coded and analyzed in Nvivo software with standard qualitative approaches. Results Three major themes influencing medication adherence among patients with severe mental disorders were identified as: (1) attitudes towards mental disorder/treatment; (2) inadequate aftercare; (3) resource shortages. Conclusions This qualitative study identified the factors influencing medication adherence among patients with severe mental disorders in China. As a locally driven research study, it provides practical advice on medication adherence promotion for mental health workers and suggests culturally tailored models that improve the management of patients with severe mental disorders in order to reduce economic burden on individual and societal level.

The growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia has occurred significantly, one of which is in the Metro City area, Lampung Province, Indonesia. Many consumers have moved from conventional banks to Islamic banks, even this has happened to non-Muslim consumers. This study aims to describe the factors that influence the behavior of non-Muslim consumers in Metro City, Lampung Province, Indonesia, when choosing Islamic banking services over conventional banks. This is because the understanding of non-Muslim customer switching behavior is very important, especially for Islamic banking, where the application of religious principles is contained therein. This research was conducted using a mixed method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires and interviewing 40 non-Muslim customers who became customers at Islamic Bank. Furthermore, the data were analyzed statistically using ANOVA test and Post Hoc Test to see the influence of the factors that gave the most significant influence. The results of this study indicate that the factors of price, reputation, service quality, promotion, product, location, profit, coercion, and recommendations from other customers have a significant effect on non-Muslim customers to switch to services to Islamic banks with a significance value of 0.000 at ANOVA test. Of the nine factors, recommendation factors from other customers (whether friends, relatives, or family), price, and profit are the most influencing factors.

The research focus discusses the role of the Raudhatul Ilmi learning resource center in supporting the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic at Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School 21 Pontianak. The purpose of the study is to describe the role of PSB Raudhatul Ilmi in supporting the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic, efforts made by librarians in managing PSB Raudhatul Ilmi so as not to lose their role during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the obstacles faced by PSB Raudhatul Ilmi in supporting the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic at Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School 21 Pontianak. This research uses descriptive methods with qualitative approaches, the number of informants there are two people, namely the deputy principal and the librarian. While data collection techniques are participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through the stage of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The results showed that the lack of role of PSB Raudhatul Ilmi in supporting the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. PSB Raudhatul Ilmi only plays a role for teachers rather than learners. PSB Raudhatul Ilmi does not have the efforts that librarians can make so that PSB can still carry out its role, and there are some obstacles, namely limited time constraints for online learning, collections that support online learning are still in print, The absence of collection visitors and loans during the Covid-19 pandemic.

<em>Being a millennial entrepreneur who serves as a professional CEO, despite his young age as a millennial generation, there are several main approaches to leadership that need to be done by a millennial CEO that is seen from the point of view of millennial netizens. So how millennial entrepreneurs have a leadership attitude to become a millennial CEO who can increase professional value among relationships, customers and the wider community. The method used in this study is case studies with qualitative approaches. The type of data used is primary data through instagram social media surveys to see the activities of millennial entrepreneurs who reflect the leadership attitude of a millennial CEO. The sample of concern is CEO Indra Kesuma, a millennial entrepreneur from the field with his business instagram account kursustrading.id, action.kindness and others. And Esther Nathalia who became the CEO of millennials of my produktifkuy Instagram account. The results of the research findings are that millennial entrepreneurs with ceo positions in their businesses, have an advanced leadership attitude. Millennial CEOs are hardworking, resilient, responsible, and still care about the people below by helping and helping them both help in the form of money, open jobs and provide very useful knowledge through instagram content shared. In conclusion, although millennials are considered a vulnerable generation of despair, they show their own value through their leadership attitude in developing their entrepreneurship.</em>

Over the years, the superlative contribution of SMEs on economic growth predominantly in emerging states such as Namibia has been gaining considerable prestige at a rapid rate. However, deficient access to cost-effective financial adequacy remains a leading stumbling block that denies them the opportunity to survive in a competitive market, grow and develop above the average. That being true, the rate of SMEs’ failure continues to escalate precisely among those that are in their early stage of operation. To curb that specific issue, microfinance institutions (MFIs) intervene to provide dual supports through the delivery of financial and non-financial services. Access to such support helps SMEs to reduce their financial constraints, resulting in sound and viable development for businesses. In this respect, the central objective of this study was to investigate the impact of microfinance acquisition on SMEs’ development with reference to the manufacturing firms in Windhoek, Namibia. Evenly relevant, the study sought to further assess the effect of acquired microfinance support on competitiveness and finally devise suitable strategies that MFIs could adopt or adapt to improve the provision of microfinance services to penurious SMEs. The study employed a pragmatistic paradigm. Therefore, mixed research methods constituting both quantitative and qualitative approaches were utilised to successfully attain the threefold objectives of the study. 60 questionnaires were disseminated through emails to the sampled SMEs for data collection where only 44, accounted for 73% were considered for further analysis. Regarding financial support, the study assessed the matter based on technology enhancement, assets capital accumulation, job creation, business’ branches extension, and product development and expansion. Similarly, assessment on non-financial support was focused on managerial and leadership skills, as well as unblemished financial management. To test the nexus between microfinance support and SMEs’ development, multiple regression analysis was employed at 5% level of significance. Findings presented by the study revealed a positive strong relationship between the variables. More to that, the correlation between microfinance support and SMEs’ competitiveness was tested using correlation coefficient analysis and results found the variable to be statistically correlated. To this end, the study affirms that there exists a significant positive impact of microfinance support on SMEs’ development and competitiveness, implying that healthy and ample microfinance institutions are immensely essential to provide the required support lucratively, using the most satisfying strategies for a mutual benefit of the involved parties. Therefore, three strategies for improving the provision of microfinance support, constituting Public Credit Guarantee Schemes (PCGS); compensation of interest rate with the repayment period; and the provision of tools and equipment were designed. Also, the study recommended government intervention in formulating policies necessary for easing collateral requirements. More, MFIs are also advised to find ways for fastening their evaluation processes and give feedback on approval or disapproval of the application soon. They should also allow potential SMEs to borrow multiple times in a year or increase the principal amount. Finally, the study suggested future studies to focus on the role of the government in addressing SMEs’ financial constraints and use a longitudinal approach with a predominant focus on other sectors.  

The purpose of this research is to determine the function of policy, supervision and control through the ratio of effectiveness level, efficiency level and activity level of Village Budget in Dawuan Tengah Village. The Village Budget Report was obtained from the Secretary of Dawuan Tengah Village. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. Processing the data analysis is done by means of the likert scale method and quantitative method by calculating the ratio of effectiveness level, efficiency level and activity level. Overall, it can be concluded that during a period of 3 years (2017-2019) the results and achievements of the village budget management have been very effective, very efficient and very maximal. The performance of the village government in allocating village fund budget is excellent. Village funds are able to make a better changes for Dawuan Tengah Village. The implementation of policy, supervision and control of the village budget is quite effective and efficient and all activities run very optimally so that there is no potential for fraud.

Higher education (HE) in Kuwait suffers from high dropout rates, and one of the leading causes of this desertion is a lack of academic advising. Effective academic advising systems must fulfill its user’s needs and provide a positive user experience (UX), which allows users to successfully and effectively fulfill their goals. This study used quantitative and qualitative approaches to evaluate an electronic advising system (e-Advisor) used by the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET). Survey data from 1,095 PAAET students were analyzed to determine students' perceptions and evaluate their experience using e-Adviser. The findings indicated that students were aware of the features and advantages of e-Advisor. Overall, the participants had a moderately positive impression of e-Advisor’s UX. The system’s attractiveness, efficiency, and perspicuity were rated slightly higher than its dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Moreover, female students’ perceptions of e-Advisors UX were significantly more favorable than their male counterparts.
