OUTPUT Perceived effects of Social Networking Sites on the Subjective Well-Being of Teens
The diagram shows the different variables used in this study. It shows the demographic profile of the respondents which serves as the independent variable used. The process utilized by the researcher is through interview and by giving questionnaires to the participants to gather all the necessary and reliable information needed. And after conducting, the researchers come up with the output of the study which is the influence of Social Networking Sites to subjective well being of teens.
In addition this will signify the findings of (Maniebo C.G. Marcial J. 2011) that Most of the respondents who frequently use their account are 13-14 years old and they open it every day. Facebook affects the social behavior of the respondents and there is no significant difference between sex groups of students using facebook. And also the study made by (Tavadyan O. 2012) that showed that having greater social provisions, leads to experiencing more of pleasant emotions and moods, and therefore leads to a higher level of SWB.
