By the end of the lesson, pupils will
be able to:
1. Blend and segment the words.
2. Blend the words that pupils
familiar with.
3. Find and mark the words that have
the same initial sounds.
1.Pupils listen carefully while teacher
brief them about the game in the class.
2.Pupis answers when teacher asks them
about the sound of certain alphabet.
3.Pupils play the sound out loud game
whereby teacher recap back the phonemes
that they had learnt.
4.Pupils will be divided into 4 groups.
5.Pupils paste the phonemes at the
board while teacher sound them.
6.Pupils then play say me game where
pupils have to find the word, segment
and blend it.
7.Pupils play the find me game in
group.
8. Pupils read the sentence strips
given and mark the same initial sounds.
6. Pupils listen while teacher
summarizes the lesson.
