    Field Study 2 is all about the experiencing the teaching learning process.

    think this is more difficult than the FS 1. Here, I learned the different principles of
    teaching, about our new curriculum, the different methods and strategies that
    teacher can use. I learned that the principles of learning can be a guide to become
    more effective teacher. By applying these principles, there will be a better teaching
    learning process in the classroom. I also knew that objectives are very important in
    teaching. It should be SMART, so that I will ensure that my students can learn
    from me. Ive become acquainted about the Sec. 5 RA 10533, that the curriculum
    shall use pedagogical approaches such as constructivism, inquiry based, reflective,
    collaborative and integrative. In the pedagogical approaches, Ive got the idea
    about the different charts and maps that can use to have a good presentation of the
    topics like for example the KWLH Chart, mind map and concept map and the
    concept cartoon. Todays curriculum has an objective that in classroom it should be
    a student centered. In the future, I will choose to be a student centered because the
    students should be active and involved in all of the activities and participated more
    in the class and the teacher is just a facilitator, the students also take more tasks
    than the teacher. As I observed the class of different teachers at different subjects in
    Baybayin National High School, I saw a lots of strategies and approaches that the
    teachers used to conduct and facilitate their class. I also learned that there is no one
    teaching method that is best because students are very different from one another
    and so are teachers. For a teaching method to work, it has to be appropriate for
    both the students and the teacher. Different teachers have different strengths and
    different likes. It is very hard to teach using a method that does not suit what you,
    as a teacher, are good at. Therefore, it is better for different teachers to teach in the
    ways that are compatible with their skills and their style.When you have something
    as individual as learning and teaching, it is impossible to have one method that is
    better than all the others. Some methods will work for some students and teachers,
    but not for others. I knew that the things that Ive learned here in FS 2 will hel me
    to become a more productive teacher someday.
