Exceptional manoeuvrability
The use of an attached pallet allows lifting and positioning by a variety of means. Even in confined areas Accutrack Le Cube, with its exceptional stability, can be manoeuvred quickly and safely into the required position.
Safe transport
The square design with triangular reinforcements allows stacking up to three high for convenient storage and transport.
Minimum storage
100 kg: mm 570 x 570 x 345 250 kg: mm 570 x 570 x 645 400 kg: mm 730 x 730 x 645
Easy identification
Accutrak drums are easy to identify regarding grade and diameter because of labels placed inside and outside the drums.
Packaging
Designed to prevent contamination and resist to possible rust formation. Each drum contains deseccant.
Window
A slot window allows continuous monitoring of wire consumption.
Shipment storage
Standard pallets contain 4 drums. Pallets for sea containers contain 2 drums only.
Handling
Galvanised steel handles are provided for ease of manipulation.
Productivity
The drums reduce change-over and downtime costs. The following comparison table (based on welding stations using approx 6.000 kg each month) explains how it is possible to save over 85% of downtime just by switching to drums.
Ruggedness
Drums are manufactured to resist shock and rough handling.
