Due to these differences, there is a need to conduct a research to find out the views of all middle managers on this issue. The organisation has branches nationwide and there is an overnight mail facility from Head Office to other branches. You are a Human Resources Officer based at Head Office and your seniors have requested that you conduct the research on the current impasse within middle managers.
