INTRODUCTION
Beautiful Gift Shop is a gift shop customized one-on-one personalized service. It can make your own photos or your favorite pictures and clear text printed in a variety of gifts, accessories and supplies. The shop adopts advanced digital technology to make store, gift shop, a digital imaging shop rolled into one of the many easy opportunities, including a wedding photo studio, photo studio, typing copy shops, clothing stores, Minilab shops, fabric stores, gift Shop, tapes stores. It also provides other special business and a wide range of value-added services to ensure of your demand for personalized service, and to be four seasons fashion pioneer picture costumes. With an emphasis on high-quality and diversity the Contemporary Craft Shop is the ideal place to find distinctive gifts and decorative items unlike any you might find on the high-street. All items are unique and include hand crafted jewellery, glassware, ceramics, textiles, clocks, accessories, items for children, Specialist Art & Craft publications and a wide range of striking prints. Theres also a selection of distinctive greetings cards and quality gift-wrap to ensure that any gift you buy has a feelluxury. Staff are always available to answer questions about the artists and makers we supply in the shop and we can also provide printed information on the artists their inspirations and processes to take away with your purchase. Artists in stock include: Rob Whelp ton, Cathy Miles, Kathryn Pierce, Melanie Tomlinson, Clare Webster and Hannah Nunn among many others. The Contemporary Craft Shop, in conjunction with the gallerys Exhibition Programme, provides an additional opportunity to actively promote and support the work of local, regional and national contemporarycraftmakersandartists.

2. 49 & 99:Address:- Vanaz, Kothrud pune.

We have visited these two Gift shops and collected various business information. We made a questionnaire and on the basis of this we have completed our Field Survey.

chams, laughing buddas, seasonally gift items like valentines days cards, Friendship day gifts, Chinese gift items.

QUS.1 when you started this business? ANS. Two years ago. QUS.2 why do you choose gift shop for business? ANS. Well, I want to do business and archies gift item are always is in demand. QUS.3 Do you have electronic products? ANS. Yes, we have dancing balls and so many thing. QUS.4 how many employees are working in your shop? ANS. I have five employees. QUS.5 which types of gift items are on demand? ANS. Seasonally gift items, birthdays gifts and Chinese gift items are on demand. QUS.6 what is your starting price of your gift items? ANS. 40rs, it is small quotations diary like sorry quotations, thank u quotations etc. QUS.7 Do you have another branches of gift shops? ANS. Yes, I have. QUS.8 Have you a good communication to your employees? ANS. yes. Its very important. QUS.9 what about your stocks? ANS. 5.5 lac.

QUS.10 Do you provide online shopping? ANS. yes. QUS.11 how is your marketing being done? ANS. Internet advertisement, on social networking websites like face book and by print media. QUS.12 do you provide home delivery? ANS. No. QUS.13 is your shop certified? ANS. Yes, it is. QUE.14 Do you have e-banking facilities? ANS. Yes. QUE.15 What about branded products? ANS. Branded products are always in demand. QUE.16 Impact of Chinese gift item on branded one? ANS. Well, Chinese gift items are always in demand. QUE.17 What about windows display? ANS. We set attractive gifts like teddy bear and flower base on display. QUE.18 What about your monthly target? ANS. Around 50,000 to 60,000 Rs. (according to demand).

2. 49 & 99:Anytime between 09.30 AM 10.30 PM

Category: - Different type of gift items like Cards, statue, wind charms, laughing buddas, seasonally gift items like valentines days cards, Friendship day gifts.

The second Gift shop we visited was 49 & 99. Where we saw these things:-

49 & 99 is different gift shop. They have also very good collections of gift items. They were providing tallies to carry out the purchased items. There pricing is 49 & 99 only. They have some collection of rs49 gifts and some of 99rs. Their marketing strategies to attract customers.

NOTE: - We tried to take some information from their managing staff about their shop but they denied, therefore collected these informations by observing the firms marketing strategy.

Business Scope
Personalized custom services include printing glass, art glass, pasteurized cup, photo, glass printing, mug printing, advertising cup, enterprise LOG signs, star paintings, printed a picture from the web system, personalized T shirt printing, printed posters, T-shirt printing, corporate Printing T-shirt painting, printed T-shirt business plan, corporate culture like the shirt printed, personalized badge, cellular licenses, plates, trophies, medals, and other authorized license. Business areas include a photocopy of gifts, gift packaging, gift flowers, gifts units, gift packaging system, gift printing, printing color printing, printed images of living, gift printing, gift-Indian paintings, gift printing, printing products, gifts and India maps, meeting gifts, promotional gifts, Games Gifts, Gift Design, Business Gifts, Autumn Gifts, promotional gifts, gifts Olympics, and so on.

Conclusion
It can be seen then that differences do exist between Archies and 49 & 99. This can be seen in the marketing variables which are the basis for segmentation such as age and geographic variables. In a competitive market, both shops must identify and target same market segments in order to remain at the cutting edge. Differences between the shops are evident with respect to product, pricing, place and promotion.
