RESPOSIBILITIES
o

Achievement of new acquisition value and number plan for retail current
account for the branch.

Provide regular inputs to the CANI sales team on competition,


benchmarking, opportunities and segmentation, CSE staffing and
productivity, product features and quality of portfolio acquired.

Work in close consultation with central product team to modify the


product features/parameters to suit the need of portfolio
customers/prospects(product customization)

Will monitor and ensure sourcing of quality current accounts

Responsible for monitoring the portfolio health of all newly acquired non
managed retail current accounts in the branch, with respect to on
boarding, activation, value build up and AQB maintenance

Understanding the customer business and prepare customer profile

Focusing on Profile based selling approach, for sell of value added


solutions, doorstep banking, assets, insurance etc.

Ensuring proactive customer migration to direct banking channels, such as


Net banking/E net, phone banking, insta- alerts, email statements etc
depending on customer need and transaction preference.

Exploring potential for new to bank liability customer acquisitionthrough referral from group companies /business associates (dealer/vendor
etc) and savings account of portfolio customers.

Maintain continuous customer engagement through customer


visit/contacts, and proactively resolve customer issues/ queries.

Ensure action on central triggers/ initiatives on enhancements, cross sell


and portfolio monitoring.

Ensure catchment profiling for branch for CA potential with help from
CANI team

Will take inputs from central products team on competition product and
services.
