INTRODUCTION
The chapter focuses on the difference between the performance of existing and
proposed system In terms of accuracy, accessibility and reliability. It discusses the
problems in the existing system that the proponents aim to overcome by
transforming it through the proposed system. It also covers the significance and
important features of the proposed study.
Introduction of the Study
In every Clinics, customers should not wait long or else they will grow tired of
it and just leave. It happens normally in dental clinics. Most of patients leaves
when they see the clinic is full of patients in line. Thats why we proposed a
system that will help Dr. Ditas Ocampos Dental Clinic manage the time
scheduling for every patients that wants to have an appointment.
How to develop a Computerized Online Appointment System and Service
Monitoring with Billing Inquiry and SMS Notification of Schedule for Dr. Ditas
