2. MISSION:
It is the duty of Barangay 178 to actively carry out the mandates of the constitution, to plan
strategically, pass and implement key resolutions and ordinances fairly and justly for constituents
welfare with active coordination and participation with the different concerned agencies.

enhance good governance, transparency, Barangay Administration and other
socio-economic and environmental concerns.
OPPORTUNITIES Improve and update Sangguniang Barangay Information
tracking system for better access to information and data resource as tool for
an effective program designs and strategic development planning, Investment
program and other policy formulation and legislative concerns
THREATS Streamline Barangay power as a smallest government unit, which
serves as the primary planning and implementing unit of government policies,
plans, programs, projects and activities in the community.
