1 Sem - Leadership and Communication
1 sem has a multi-disciplinary approach The learning aims for Leadership and
Communication form an important part of this multi - disciplinary approach.

Overall aims
That students should be able to manage and solve their assignment through
collaborative team work including the definition of individual and group aims
and strategies.
Students must be able to document, communicate and defend both their
individual and overall contributions to the final solution of the semester project
both product and process contributions
