her cell phone stolen. Upon arriving officer spoke to the victim. She stated that
she was helping the witness in electronics. They both noticed the offender
hanging around in the department.
The victim sat her personal cell phone down for a moment. When she went to
retrieve her phone it was gone. They seen the offender leaving the store and get
into a gold car with Indiana plate 363NPA. They advised that the driver was a
pregnant white female.

Officer dispatched to 1114 N Garvin St reference to a residential burglary report.


Upon arriving officer spoke to the victim and IO. The victim spoke little english
and the IO translated for her.
The IO advised that the entry was made into the garage through window that was
already broken. The unknown offender(s) stole the victims washer, dryer, stove
and refrigerator out of the garage.

Officers were dispatched to 3520 Taylor Ave for a battery report. The victim told
officers that on 10/01/2016 at approximately 1600 hrs the suspect showed up at the
victim`s front door and began arguing with the victim about a childhood
disagreement between their juvenile children. The victim said that at one point the
suspect shoved her violently with both hands, causing pain to the victim. The
victim said that before the suspect left she threatened bodily harm to the victim.
The victim said the next day an unknown black male showed up outside her
apartment, making verbal threats while armed with a handgun.
The victim told officers that she is in fear for the safety of her family, and no
longer feels safe in her own home. The victim was given a copy of the case
number and advised of the process for obtaining a protective order.

HUDDLESTON, S.

McCarty is a manager at the Donut Bank at 1950 Washington. The suspect came
in along with another female and the suspect bought some donuts that were put in
a box. As the suspect passed the shirt display at the door, she picked up one and
put it on the top of the box and then tilted the box to conceal the shirt between the
box and her chest and then proceeded out of the building. The McCarty
approached the suspect after she got into the 2005 red Cadillac and the driver told
the McCarty that the suspect would not do such a thing. Another employee of
Donut Bank took a picture of the vehicle and license. McCarty went back into the
store and reviewed the video and it did show the shirt being stolen.

Dr, Evansville, IN, between 14:10, 10/04/2016 and 15:15, 10/04/2016. Reported:
10/04/2016.
Police were dispatched to 1070 Hatfield Dr. in reference to a theft report. On
scene, I spoke with the victim. He said he left a shotgun on the passenger
floorboard of his vehicle, covered up by his jacket, while he went inside his
friend`s apartment. Shortly after going in the apartment, he heard a car alarm go
off. He waited a few minutes before he realized it could be his car alarm, so he
went to the parking lot to check on his car. It was his alarm that was going off.
The driver`s side door was now unlocked, and his shotgun was missing. The
victim had his windows cracked, and it seems the suspect was able to put his arm
in and unlock the car door. Crime Scene came out to get fingerprints off the inside
of window next to the lock that was pulled up.

had subsequently left the scene.

Evansville, IN, between 16:40, 10/04/2016 and 16:46, 10/04/2016. Reported:
10/04/2016.

RASCHE, E. M.

Officers were dispatched to 3961 Vista Dr reference criminal mischief. On scene


the reporter (Michael) stated he was approached by the witness (Jacob). Jacob told
him he observed the suspects throwing a basketball at a light pole in the parking
lot of the complex. IO #1 was encouraging them to throw it at the light until they
hit the light, and broke it. The suspects and IO#1 then left the area.
Michael is the maintenance man for the complex and knew the IO, but did not
know the suspects. The suspects were described as white males 13-15 years of age
and are not believed to live in the complex.
Michael stated it would cost approximately $500.00 to fix the light. He was
given the case number for this report.

10/04/2016 and 18:10, 10/04/2016. Reported: 10/04/2016.
On 10/04/2016 at approximately 1751 hours, officers were dispatched to 303 E.
Maryland St. in reference to a person with a gun. Upon arrival officers spoke with
victim, Terionte Madison, who stated that a black male (driver) and a black female
(passenger) approached him 2 blocks just west of the listed location traveling in a
black passenger car. Madison stated that Madison stated that the black male asked
him to approach the vehicle. Madison stated that he reluctantly approached the
vehicle. Madison stated that the black male then asked him if he recognized the
female passenger. Madison stated that he replied "No" to the male. Madison stated
that the black male pulled out a black and silver handgun and chambered a round.
Madison stated that the male and female then pulled away. Officers were unable to
locate the suspect.

Victim states that an altercation occurred between a group of young males and a
female, on the sidewalk outside his house. One of the males struck the female, she
picked up part of the vicitm`s concrete bench and smashed it on the sidewalk.

Baker (suspect) entered the victim`s home without the victim`s permission armed
with a tire iron. Baker then began swinging the tire iron around demanding to find
a male subject she believed was in the home. Officers took the suspect into
custody. During a search incident to arrest of Baker`s car, officers located
methamphetamine and glass pipes. was transported to VCCC and booked
for the above offense.

I was dispatched to the listed address in reference to a Residential Burglary


Report. I made contact with the victim, J. Devore. She stated the offender entered
her home through the unlocked west side bedroom window. The offender stole a
pair of shoes and medication. He then left through the front door and did not lock
it.

to start a fight with her daughter. The victim stated that they got into a verbal
argument with the offender. The victim stated that she went inside to call police
and the offender smashed out her the front window of the residence with a baseball
bat. The offender then fled the scene.

Officers met with the victim of a robbery. The victim told officers that he was
smoking a cigarette behind the Marriot near his apartment. The victim stated that
he was approached by two males, one tall, black, wearing a dark hoodie with a
raspy, and one average height, white, wearing a dark hoodie. The victim thought
that the males were going to ask him for a cigarette. The victim told officers that
he was punched in the right side of the face, pushed to the ground, and then kicked
in the ribs three times. He heard one of the males say "get his wallet", and the
shorter subject went through the victim`s pockets. The victim stated that the
suspects looked but didn`t find anything on the victim because he didn`t have
anything, except for maybe the victim`s lighter. The victim stated he may have just
lost it in the scuffle. The suspects then left on foot, and the victim went back to his
apartment to call the police. The victim had a large bruise on the right side of his
cheek and a large bruise on his right ribcage. He refused AMR. AIU and CSU
Detectives assisted.

Suspect was the driver of a vehicle that drove to Franklin and Englewood. The
suspect then went with Scott 1621 E. Franklin. where Scott did an armed
Residential Entry. The truck which the female was sitting had 2 Henry rifles and a
total of 3.256 lbs of a synthetic cannabinoids. The items were discovered incident
to tow and both male subject fled before officer`s arrived. The truck was towed
and held by Tri-State Towing and the weapons and synthetic drug was placed into
evidence.

HENDERSON, N.

Checking subject at the intersection of Iowa and Elsas in reference to a theft in the
area. Upon the stop the Offender would not stop and I had to forcibly put him on
the ground. The Offender smelled strongly of an alcoholic beverage and had
extremely slurred speech.
