2. Never Quit
Rocky Balboa :
Going that one more round when you dont think you can - thats what makes all the
difference in your life.
Me,myself and I :
What Rocky highlighted in this movie is the concept of never quitting. Getting the work
done will get you to the start line of your chosen challenge, but during tough events you
will require something more. When you are being pushed to your limits, there will come
a moment when you consider stopping, giving up, or quitting.
4. Persistence
In perhaps the most inspirational scene from whole Rocky series, Rocky highlighted the
most powerful lesson of all which is persistence. The ability to just keep moving always.
Rocky Balboa:
You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it aint about how hard ya hit. Its
about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and
keep moving forward. Thats how winning is done!
Me,myself and I :
This personal trait more than anything else can make all the difference between success
and failure in our life especially for myself.
Rocky Balboa:
Rocky able to defeat Undisputed World Heavyweight Champion Apollo Creed for the
title.Eventhough Rocky was underdog fighter but he able to knock out his opponent.
Nobodys ever gone the distance with Creed, and if I can go that distance, you see, and
that bell rings and Im still standin, Im gonna know for the first time in my life, see, that
I werent just another bum from the neighborhood.
Me,myself and I :
While these lessons are drawn from a fictional character, they truly are powerful
motivational moments that will work for anyone. In the end, just like Rocky, were all
underdogs.
Our individual battles may be different, but collectively we are all fighting the same
underdog fight, just like Rocky said, Thats how winning is done!
