Electro-hydraulic amplifiers (pilot valve)
Depending on the oil flow to be controlled,
ANDRITZ HYDRO uses servovalves having two
or three stages of amplification.
Electro-hydraulic amplifier II (pilot valve) :

2 amplification stages
The two-stages servovalves are controlled by the
first electro-hydraulic stage (pilot valve) acting
directly on the distributing valve constituting the
second stage.
The three-stages servovalves have an additional
Electro-hydraulic amplifier I & II (pilot valve)
hydro-mechanical amplification stage between the

electro-hydraulic stage and the distributing valve.
3-stages servovalve (DN80)

The technological choice to use a paddle-nozzles
regulation system facilitates the installation on
site, because it is not necessary to install a power
