    Dimensions Modular structure of gratings and floor channels

    Gratings
    #304 stainless steel, hairline finishing; 5mm thick for the exterior / outside
    frame; 3mm thick for the interior sections / dividing bars;
    Slip-resistant on one side and plain on the other side;
    Minimum Point Load: 150 kg per square meter.

    Channels
    1.5mm thick #304 stainless steel, hairline finishing with a standard
    water outlet/drain pipe connection in 100mm diameter.
    Unit to be supplied with odour trap

    Manufacturing Details All gratings and channels are made of #304 stainless steel. DSS gratings
    are made by using the state-of-the-art arc-welding for smooth and clean
    surface/appearance.

    Heavy-duty & sustainable with 5mm thick #304 stainless steel for the
    outside frame of the grating and 3mm thick #304 stainless steel for the
    interior sections of the gratings.

    Slot sizes are in rectangular shape, which would allow easy cleaning and
    hosing down any dirt and unwanted materials

    Metal sheets are in full length for both horizontal & vertical depth
    (height) of the entire grating for maximum strength & weight support

    with sloped-to-fall gradient to allow easy drainage of waste water into floor-trap

    The grating weight and size has been taken into full consideration in
    Safety design and making the modular structure of gratings to avoid/prevent
    back injury while lifting up or laying down the gratings.
