    FIELD TRIP PARENT INFORMATION SHEET

    Date: 25th April 2017


    Time: 08.45-11:00
    Venue: Architectual Heritage and Archeology Museum.
    Cost: 10 AED

    Dear GWA Parents and Guardians,

    As a part of our Unit Where We Are in Place and Time, we are planning to go to architectural
    and archeology museum to connect our learning in the classroom with the world around us. The
    trip is expected to help the students develop an understanding of the Bedoin civilizatio as well
    as how archeologists use different tools to help preserve items from the past and to use remains
    to tell us facts about history.

    This trip will be run by a guide at the museum who will take the children on a treasure hunt
    around the different artefacts, they will then go on an archeological dig outside to become real
    archeologists.
