Primary Responsibility:
Leading a client focused Application Development Infrastructure team that manages the AD
infrastructure.
Role encompasses team to maintain High Availability of the environments, release deployment
(Application & Database), Planning and executing SR/DR events and manage critical enterprise
releases in PROD environments.
Provide 2nd/3rd level Infrastructure support services for Prod environments on a 24x7 oncall basis.
Act as a Change Manager to identify, review, approve and implement global changes in the
Production environment.
Completely own the middleware component for all supported applications and manage
delivery of container builds in technologies like Tomcat, Weblogic and Apache etc.
Accomplishments:
Consistently earned above average ratings on performance evaluations in JP Morgan tenure.
Completely managed the Prod release planning and execution without any incidents due to
implementation..
Provided excellent technical leadership in recovery planning for business continuity, crisis/
emergency management, contingency and disaster recovery for applications under CIB.
Managed Datacenter movement of Prod servers very efficiently, which was a major accomplishment.
Managed a project to migrate from Legacy Oracle Streams to Goldengate and completed it

Working with Service Delivery Managers for applications and discuss Service Improvement plans

Our job includes monitoring SQL Server activities, designing, creating SQL Server objects, troubleshooting errors,
Migration of Databases etc. We provide efficient services by maintaining SLA's (Service Level Agreement) for every
issue.
Responsibilities:
As a SQL Server DBA my responsibilities are to provide Database Support for Fidelitys Internal Servers situated at
Merrimack, Smithfield, Boston, Bangalore and Gurgaon.
Setting up monitoring for SQL Servers across the network.
Setting up Development, UAT and Production servers for various applications.
Interacting with customers for various requirement analysis and providing them appropriate database
solution.
Creating Users and Roles in DEV as well as PROD environments to ensure security of Data.
Designing Backup & Recovery plans for point in time recovery
