Description
MT6
MT6 cards are specifically designed for electrical or gas
convection ovens with heating distribution on top/bed plate.
The control can be configured depending on the kind of oven it
is installed in, by means of configuration parameters accessible
through a specific procedure and by means of a password.
The control consists of a base card with inputs, outputs, control
logic and an interface with keys, LEDs and displays.
The control is available in 4 versions for RM modular ovens, CE
electrical convection ovens, CG gas convection ovens and for RC
cell ovens, which differs from the version for RM ovens only in
terms of software configuration.
Temperature probes are of TCI probes and can be configured to
detect room, steam generator and exchanger temperatures.
The measurement range is 20C - 500C. Measured values are
displayed with 3 digits and sign.
These controllers have three digital inputs and 8 relay outputs
to manage (depending on the model) the electrical heaters, the
burner, the steam generation and inlet, the extraction of fumes,
lights and fans.
An additional analogue output enables to directly control the
phase trimming fan.
All controllers have a 230 Va power supply 10%, 50/60Hz.

Description
TelevisSystem150 is an efficient solution to monitor
temperatures and any other physical units of measurements of
refrigerating systems used for the preservation and processing
of food.
TelevisSystem150 program is able to communicate with a series
of modules, designed to measure analogue values (temperature,
humidity, etc.), logical statues (alarms, door switches, pressure
switches) and with a series of instruments which can be
connected to one other using an ordinary serial line linked to a
Personal Computer.
TelevisSystem150 can be installed in new or existing systems,
regardless the type of controllers used for the
regulation.
The user friendly and easy to use interface makes this system
suitable also for beginners.
ALARM MANAGEMENT
The devices linked on line continuously transmit
the measured data to the computer, thus
enabling users to promptly manage alarms and
abnormal operating conditions.
After detecting the fault, users can enable
warning or emergency devices using the EWTV
280 module.
A practical procedure enables to automatically
transmit faxes/SMS messages every time an alarm
occurs.
Messages are automatically sent to the preset
numbers of Help Centers or authorized operators.
111
RECORDING
AND PRINTING
All the data transmitted from the modules to the
PC are recorded at specific intervals, in
accordance with the requirements or
recommendations regarding food preservation.
The data storage capacity of the PC is defined at
the time the system is configured.
All the values stored on the hard disk can be
printed or displayed at any time. It is also
possible to select a start or end date for the
desired intervals of time. Users can print reports,
graphs and tables or customize the system
according to the type of data analysis they wish
to carry out.
DATA DISPLAY
IN REAL TIME
The main information transmitted by devices
(inputs values and statuses) can be viewed in real
time. The PC displays an immediate detailed
overview of the system's status along with a
series of functions that the user can select for
data analyses purposes. It is also possible to
display the information stored in the system.
A pane shows the list of all the devices that have
detected an alarm condition. To display the
details of an alarm or device, it is sufficient to
select it. The second pane that opens displays
real time and historical data.
112
TelevisSystem200
monitoring and remote management software
Description
TelevisSystem200 has been designed to monitor and manage
problems associated to refrigerating systems. Operations can be
carried out locally using a PC or from a Help Center via modem.
The system enables users to simply and practically monitor and
display all alarms.
LAYOUT
The layout shows the physical arrangement of the instruments
within the plant in which they are installed. Therefore, it enables
to acquire immediate information on all the instruments from
one location only.
The main information is graphically displayed for each
instrument shown. The program can manage up to 100 different
layout sheets.
RVD
The concept of virtual instrument has been specifically
developed to help users to work on-site. The controller that
needs to be managed is displayed, thus allowing users to select
all the configuration and options on the screen as it were a real
instrument.
Most of new instruments can be connected using an opto-
insulated RS485 line with high immunity from
disturbances.
The system can also automatically detect all the instruments
connected to the PC. If the plant configuration is changed, it is
sufficient to run this routine to reconfigure the system.
113
GLOBAL COMMANDS
This function enables to simultaneously perform specific
operations on all the devices with a single command.
It is possible, for example, to switch the devices and lights on
and off, or perform this operation for each single device. The
diagnostic tool enables users the view the results of the
commands they have selected for each device..
ALARM MANAGEMENT
Televis 200 continuously queries the connected instruments,
acquiring all possible data including information on the alarms
reported. RECORDING AND PRINTING
User-friendly panes display information on the alarms in real

the food standards. Data is printed with a resolution of one
tenth to ensure full compliance of all printed documentation
with applicable standards and regulations.
REMOTO
REMOTE MANAGEMENT
The most important advantage offered by Televis 200 lies in the possibility of
completely controlling a system from a PC installed in a remote location as
compared to the site of installation of the instruments.
LOCALE The use of a modem, the possibility of notifying alarms telephonically and the
RVD function enable the operators of Help Centers to perform the same
operations that are available on the local PC in the site of installation.
Remote management functions enable users to send fax messages to preset numbers even if a computer
is not available.

Televis network
Example of connection of a TelevisSystem
Description
Devices are connected to the network by means of a
RS485 opto-insulated connection to ensure a higher
protection from electromagnetic disturbances and electric
noise.
1 NOTE 1
Use a shielded and twisted cable with two leads having a section of 0.5 mm2 and a
sheath (reference to Belden cable model 8762 with PVC sheath, 2 leads and sheath, 20
AWG, rating between the leads of 89pF, rating between a lead and the shielding 161pF).
In special cases (for example when there is a high level of noise) it may be necessary to
use cables with higher performances.
Cables should be installed in accordance with the requirements of data transmission
standard EN 50174. RS485 Network
It is particularly important to separate the data transmission data from the power lines
The length of the RS-485 network that can be connected to the device is 1200 m and
the maximum number of devices that can be connected is 32.
It is possible to expand the length of the network and the number of devices connected
to each channel by means of special repeater modules.
See manual Installation of the RS-485 network for further information. Terminal
blocks of devices are of two types:
Device
- Single with 2 leads: use only + and - leads and connect the gnd lead (sheath) to with RS485 port
the direct current
- Single or double with 3 leads: use all 3 leads (+, - for the signal and gnd for the
sheath).
2 NOTE 2: apply 120 , 0,25 W electric heaters between terminals + and - of the
interface and of the last device of each branch of the network.
3 Note 3
The network cable is connected by means of TelevisCompact or TelevisStation
terminals while the PC is connected by means of the PCInterface module supplied as
standard with software Televis 150 and Televis 200.
Module PCInterface is connected to the PC by means of serial line RS232.
4 Note 4
It is necessary to assign to each network device a unique address by setting
parameters FAA and dEA.

Differential pressure controllers for oil
Description Installation
P30 is a differential pressure controller for oil, suitable to
be mounted on refrigerating compressors with forced
lubrication. Its two capillaries enable it to detect the
pressure difference between the oil in the compressor
guard and the output of the oil pump.
When the lubrication pressure is too low and does not reset
within the relay delay, the differential pressure control trips
stopping the compressor.
To restart the compressor, it is necessary to press the
manual reset button. The range also includes models with
varying relay delays and pressure differentials.
