Summary of Considerable leadership experience as a Director working for


professional International humanitarian and development agencies. 22 years
experience International Development and Humanitarian work in Africa (Uganda,
and skills Liberia, Sudan, Malawi, South Sudan, Ethiopia, cross-border programme
management in Tanzania; DRC and Ivory Coast) Asia (Indonesia) and the
Middle East (Yemen). Working knowledge of the regions covering the
above countries. Experience in strategic planning and implementation;
operational and project management in a wide range of sectors and
approaches; Policy advocacy; Human Resource Management (including
management of cross-cultural senior and technical staff). Managed
medium to large-scale grants and performance contracts supported by
international and private donors.
