Time Flow Basin Pillar Tap - Push Button
TFC745
The time flow pillar tap when
operated provides a flow of water
for the duration of the delay
specified. The time delay is preset
and available in 3, 7 or 15 seconds
allowing the hands to be adequately
washed under the water stream
while avoiding the concerns of cross
contamination by having to turn the
tap off manually afterwards. The shut
off delay avoids the need to hold the
tap on as is necessary with simple
spring loaded type taps.
In disabled/accessible wash rooms
the lever action option provides a
long lever to assist in the operation
of the tap.

Before proceeding with installation ensure all operating & dimensional specifications are suitable for the intended installation.
Ensure all supply lines are flushed thoroughly to remove debris prior to the installation of this product. Strainers (60 mesh) are
recommended if debris is an ongoing problem. A Pressure reduction valve may be required to comply with recommended maximum
supply pressure and/or balanced pressure requirements.
It is recommended that an isolation valve is installed prior to the time flow bib tap and that this is easily accessible.
The time flow pillar tap requires a cold or premixed warm water supply. It is recommended that an Aquablend thermostatic mixing
valve be used if warm water temperature settings are critical.* (Refer to Heated Water Services below)
Plumbing installations must comply with AS/NZS3500 and relevant State and Local government/water authority requirements
