11. DAILY HIGHLIGHT

- STOP card of the day: Found a contractor personnel not attending yet PTW training when he will-
propose permit to work. Stop him and inform to HSSE for giving the PTW training.
- Conducted PTW training for two personnel from contractor (PT. Jololu Utara) before their strating-
activity.
- Conducted table top ER drill with topic man over board with all Ruby ER team.
- Syslab reps. completed to collect air emission at GTG B and water for environment sample.
- Luas Birus reps. completed to collect produce water sample for SRB and DO analysis.
- Jololulu Utara reps. Checked and rectify AC cabin crane PQP (under monitoring)
- At 08.30 GTC 2 running after troubleshoot on Dry Seal Vent issue and export gas with flow rate-
115 mmscfd.
- Ran test potable water maker HP pump after alignment. Found pump still high vibration more than-
4 mm/s. Continue next day to re-alignment.
- Completed PM: Choke valve external visual inspection and lubrication at WHP(WO 98040).
- Completed PM: Inspection and functional test of flame detector at PQP Area (WO. 91048). Flame-
detectors at subcellar are functioning properly
- Completed to check OPGD 230GRX077 at PQP main deck. Found F12 fault code
- CM: Check & rectify condenser unit B of HVAC EER 242-UC-02-B1 due to low pressure indication.-
Preparation for brazing tool (disconnect control cable & junction box)
- Completed PM: Earthing bonding visual inspection for unit 216/221/226/229 (WO 90982/97983/84/87).-
Found unit in good condition

Highlight issue at 00.00-06.00 a.m: none.

ISSUE CONCERN
1. Online GC at Senipah has been offline since 30-Nov-16. Gas composition data taken from Handil Lab
analysis. Repaired by Emerson Engineer was done in 7 November 2017, but still unsuccess. Waiting for
spare part to solve the problem.
2. Ruby Online GC is on manual keypad, due to waiting for spare part (membrane kit).
