    dividend distribution process) for client State Street through Syntel Services Private Ltd.
    Domain expert and process trainer for Dividend distribution process overseeing the distribution life-cycle and also
    experienced in query resolving, procedure setup and error reduction initiatives.
    I have hands-on experience processing and team handling of dealing team which looks into processing the transaction
    requests of client.
    I was part of Business Excellence team for Base lining Project. A JV-wide initiative for resource requirement
    calculation and optimal allocation. I also collaborated to create process optimizing add-ons with inputs from
    processing and management.

     Team is responsible for distribution of dividends as reinvested units or, cash based on account preference under
    scope and reconcilation after distribution cycle.
     Coordinate a team of 4 staff, distributing work and training them. Resolving queries raised from stakeholders and
    keep over-sight up-to-date on daily basis.
     Quality check processing and also, release manual payments. Take daily\ weekly hurdles for work related queries
    and others.
     Responsible for quality, error reporting and setting up checks.
