Canon today announces the new imageCLASS LBP843Cx and imageCLASS

LBP841Cdn High Speed A3 Color Laser Printers. imageCLASS LBP843Cx with built-
in 1GB memory while imageCLASS LBP841Cdn with built-in 512MB memory are
designed to boost workplace efficiency with convenient mobile printing technologies,
network share function, auto duplex printing and the incorporation of UFR II and PCL
printer languages. In addition, imageCLASS LBP843Cx offer up to 300 sets of
department ID and optional Secure Print function, providing large enterprises and
SME offices with flexible and efficient document handling solution.

High Color Print Speed for Quick Handling of Massive Printing

For A4 color/mono document printing, imageCLASS LBP843Cx and imageCLASS
LBP841Cdn support up to 31ppm and 26ppm respectively. A print resolution of up to
9,600 x 600dpi can deliver crisp text and attractive graphics, ensuring professional
quality while saving precious time and energy for high volume printing.

Department ID and Secure Print Function for Easy Usage and Security Control
imageCLASS LBP843Cx offer 300 sets of department ID for easy control of function
authority, monitoring and even customizing the print capacity for each user. This
provides greater convenience to better manage printer usage and eventually
operating cost. In addition, a Secure Print function1 and Stored Print function1 can be
used on imageCLASS LBP843Cx when an additional optional accessory SD-Card
C1 is applied. When handling confidential documents, simply turn on Secure Print
function and a valid password is required before proceeding to printing, ensuring
proper protection of the confidentiality and privacy of documents. Users can also
enjoy the convenience of printing confidential documents in Secure Print mode

imageCLASS LBP843Cx and imageCLASS LBP841Cdn support the free “Canon
PRINT Business” mobile application which is designed to meet various office printing
and scanning needs. It allows users to print directly from iOS and Android™ devices
via network2 and supports a vast variety of commonly used file types, including image
files in JPEG / GIF / BMP / PNG / TIFF formats, Microsoft Office files, iWork files3
and PDF files. Direct printing of online articles and web pages is also possible for
easy and quick backup of useful information.

UFR II Technology and Multiple Printer Languages for Fast and Efficient
Printing
The two printers incorporate Canon’s proprietary Ultra Fast Rendering Technology
(UFR II) for efficient printing by offloading some of the data processing tasks, such as
the processing of images and half-tone graphics to the computer, taking full
advantage of the computer’s high speed processor. The processed data will then be
