I will use different tones while reading and see if that changes their reactions.
3. Describe how you can tell if you’re achieving your goal (Evidence)
I can tell I am achieving my goal if all the students are listening attentively rather than being distracted.
I will ask the students to stand up for the hello song, we will sing and dance.
I will greet the students, they will greet me back, followed by a brief how are you today.
Whole Time:
I will introduce the story “Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?” to the students, and ask

I will have a student hand out envelopes, each containing an animal. One by one I will ask them to
take out the picture in the envelope. An animal, I will ask them for example: Omar Omar What do
you see? And he will say Bird. I will ask him the color, then ask him to say “I see a red bird”. And
each student will have a different animal. I will use a checklist to assess the students; the students
who don’t get an envelope I will ask them questions during the independent activity as they will go
as the first group.

The students will receive a small booklet with animals and their colors below it, for example “A
Blue Horse” with the color blue in blue text. The booklet will contain all the animals from the
story along with their colors, they need to read and color accordingly.
My MST will be taking half the students to work on a science activity they need to do, and I will
work with the other half; We will then rotate.
I will review the colors and animals, ask them what they learned today, discuss their activity and

teacher will help me as I am unaware if they have arabic homework they need to take home with
them.)
