Statement of Purpose

GenSantos Foundation College, Inc. is desirous to improve the quality of


education in secondary schools in the City Division Office with the goals and objectives of the
practice teaching program. We aim to provide opportunities for student teachers apply in actual
situations the principles learned regarding the teaching learning process, to evaluate theirselves
and discover their weaknesses and certain phases of teaching job by putting themselves and
their ideas to test in actual situations.

Furthermore, we aimed them to gain comprehensive and realistic picture of


the instructional system which a Field Study Students (FSS) will be part and to understand
problem of actual observation and develop skills to make necessary adjustments to changing
classroom observation on Field Study 5 Educ 12a- Assessment of Learning- Third Year Students
(January 23-27)
