    TERMS & CONDITIONS
    Payment : 60% advance payment, 40% balance to be received before delivery.
    Delivery : 12-14 weeks approximately. Where delay in Manufacture or Delivery is due directly
    or indirectly to holidays, strikes, custom clearance, late receipt of specifications or
    any other necessary information or any other cause whatsoever not without our
    complete control, then the date of delivery shall be extended for a reasonable time
    having regard to any circumstance.
    Warranty on Machinery: Six months on all Mechanical Components excluding electrical components. It is
    excluded from the warranty if the equipment is not installed by our company, the
    materials of normal wear, damages due to incorrect use, due to carelessness or
    missing maintenance and damages caused by modifications not effected by our
    technicians.
    Installation Charges : N250,000. Two Expartriate Engineer will install and test run the machine. Client will
    take care of the expatriate engineers Feeding and Accomodation.
    Electrical Supply and : This guarantee shall become void and have no effect if the following conditions are
    Installation not complied with; electrical equipment must be connected to the correct electrical
    supply as specified on each unit. The voltage of the supply must remain constant,
    and a recommended Industrial Servo Stabilizer is installed with the machine (Where
    Applicable).
    Exclusion : a. Transport
    b. Supplementary equipments and optional if not included in the price
    c. Machine Positioning
    d. Building structures, all civil work and site work, electrical cables gear switches
    change over switches, pipe work and any other electrification etc
    Validity : Quotation is valid during a period of 30 Calender days as from the date marked on
    the coversheet of this quotation.
    Prices : Prices are Ex-warehouse.
