Specifications: -
1. Panels:EMMVEE TIER 1MONO PERC Solar module as per IEC Standards.

2. Inverter: Ksolare On-grid MPPT inverter with Optimizers & Wifi monitoring.
3. Structure:Pre galvanized C Channel structure on 41x41x2mm C-channel with 6x6 inch base plates.
Mono rail structure for GI shed rooftop. GI Pipes for elevated structure.
4. Cables: High quality tinned copper Polycab /RR DC cables for DC input from panels to inverter and ¾
core Aluminum AC cables for AC output from Inverter to grid supply. PVC conduits to cover the cables
with bends and cable ties as required accordingly.
5. Junction boxes/Distribution Boxes: GEESYS Make ACDB-DCDB in IP67 enclosures with MCBs of
Havells/Hagerand Fuses of Mersen and TBs of connect well in accordance with the specification and size
of power plant.
6. Earthing: GI sealed maintenance free earthing rod. Insulated copper conductorearthing for Solar panels
(DC), Lighting arrestor(LA).
7. Civil work: RCC foundations for grouting the legs of structure according to siterequirement.

1. Product warranty: Warranty for all products will be back to back frommanufacturers.
 PV modules – 25 Year performance warranty with 12 years productwarranty
(Back to Back from manufacturer).

 Inverters Warranty – BACK TO BACK FROM MANUFACTURERUR
 Electricity Meter (Net Meter) - One Year Product warranty (Back toBack from
manufacturer).
 Structure Warranty 10 years, Service warranty 10 years.
 Cables and switch gear 1 year of manufacturer warranty.
2. Warranties and guaranties will not be valid if :
 Will-full or accidental damage is made to the equipment/components.
 Improper use or abuse of the components/equipment.
 Modifications are made by the purchaser or third party withoutintimation

to the supplier.
Terms and conditions: -
1. Above price quoted are as per specification provided by you and may vary according to any
specification changes.
2. Capacity of Solar Plant will be clients discretion, SUN TEC SOLAR SOLUTIONS will not liable for
high electricity usage or wrong billing by Electricity Board or any change in rules .
3. The installation will be completed within 90 Days after receiving advance payment.
4. Access to entrance Stairs/Lift to be provided by the customer.
5. Electricity Supply for Wielding & Power Tools to be provided by customer onsite.
6. The scope of work will include the installation and commissioning of solar system including
solar panels, inverter, structure and fixtures, ACDB-DCDB, surge arresters, junction boxes, circuit
breakers, cables, connectors, conduits, clamps, earthing material, civil work material and any
other material if required will be provided by us.
7. Payment terms will be 80% Advance , 20% on delivery of material.
