    RESOLUTION REQUESTING HON. VICE MAYOR CLARISSA ROWENA BONSOL TO


    ALLOCATE THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000.00) TO BE MADE
    AVAILABLE FOR THE PURCHASE OF MONO-BLOCK CHAIRS FOR THE USE OF THE
    BARANGAY, FUNDS TO BE TAKEN FROM HER SPECIAL PROJECT FUNDS, SUBJECT TO ALL
    LEGAL AND AUDITING RULES AND PROCEDURES.

    WHEREAS, there is a priority request from the Barangay Council of Barangay Cularima for the
    requisition of mono-block chairs;

    WHEREAS, the barangay supports barangay-based activities especially pertaining to the youth and other
    non-governmental organizations (NGOs);

    WHEREAS, Barangay Cularima does not have enough mono-block chairs to lend out to various groups
    and concerned citizens for the purpose indicated above;

    NOW THEREFORE, IN THE SESSION ASSEMBLED BY THE COUNCIL, UPON MOTION OF


    ____________ AND DULY SECONDED BY ALL.

    BE IT RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED TO REQUEST FROM HON. VICE MAYOR


    CLARISSA ROWENA BONSOL TO ALLOCATE THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY THOUSAND
    PESOS (P20,000.00) TO BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE PURCHASE OF MONO-BLOCK
    CHAIRS FOR THE USE OF THE BARANGAY, FUNDS TO BE TAKEN FROM HER SPECIAL
    PROJECT FUNDS, SUBJECT TO ALL LEGAL AND AUDITING RULES AND PROCEDURES.

    RESOLVED FURTHER THAT COPY OF THE RESOLUTION WILL BE FURNISHED TO THE
