DESCRIPTION OF A LEARNER:
A. The learner is Mrs. Maria Flores, is a 85 years old, female, married, Roman Catholic and a Filipino. Live at Mompolia, Hingyon, Ifugao, Isabela. She can speak and
is able to understand Ilocano and tagalog. Mrs. Flores, took up education but was only able to finish 2nd year high school. She’s occupation is farmer. She is the
primary care giver of her 1 year old baby girl. She verbalized that she wanted to know more about healthy nutritious food, and benefits of eating healthy
nutritious foods.” Gusto kong malaman, ano nga ba ang mga common na masusutansyang pagkain? Pinapakain ko din kasi yung baby ko ng chichirya” She
showcased the willingness to be taught about preparing healthy nutritious foods for her child. She considers her husbands and other family members or close
relatives as her support system that can help her render these interventions to her child.

LEARNING NEED:
The importance and benefits of eating healthy and nutritious foods.

EDUCATIONAL DIAGNOSIS:
Knowledge deficit: nutritious foods related to lack of exposure as evidenced by lack of education regarding eating healthy and nutritious foods.
GOAL:
To acquired knowledge and achieve effective healthy eating habits.
