The Mexican food

Mexican food is very popular in the United States. In all the big cities
there are restaurants that serve it. The base of Mexican food is the
tortilla. It is a type of bread that is usually made with corn. The tortilla
is used to prepare several dishes. For example, the enchilada is a mixture
(mixture) of minced meat well rolled (rolled), served with a sauce of aji
(chili sauce)

According to the ancient myths of the country, Mexican is corn, and it is

true that the great part of Mexican food is based on corn. They eat tortillas
- corn or flour - with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many typical dishes have
tortillas as a base.

The most popular Mexican dish in the United States is the "taco". It consists
of a torilla filled with minced meat, lettuce, tomato and cheese. It is often
covered with a spicy sauce. There is also what is called the "burritos," It
is not originally an authentic Mexican food; They are an invention of Texan
origin in the United States.
