    5. No contests are showon/run on website
    6. SEO is out of scope but basic onpage SEo like meta tags, analytic scripts is to be added
    7. Booking tickets will redirect user to eventsnow.com or similar booking website
    8. Technology for the website will be same as currently used, which is wordpress.
    9. E-commerce for merchandise / shop is not included in this phase

    Notes:

    1. Timeline of 3-4 weeks development / implementation is assumed basis information


    available currently
    2. On deep dive and requirements, design finalization if there is additional time required,
    this will be flagged immediately
    3. All amounts excluding GST
    4. Any delays in responding to queries could delay timelines, sometimes also resulting in
    additional costs
    5. AMC include
    a. Content updation
    b. Bug fixing
    c. 1 Resource (skillset is flexible and aligned with the need) for taking website
    changes mentioned in the scope (weekday 10 am - 7 pm)
    d. No development changes (feature requests) are part of AMC
